A lot of things. When the people around me make racist comments pisses me off, hitting my knee can send me into silent fits of rage, but the strongest thiong is my little sister. I've always tried to look after her and her reply is to mock me and bully me by making me feel insecure and embarrassed in front of her friends. When we get into physical fights I always win with her either crying or going beserk and slamming her door over and over again repeatedly. What really annoys me is that she never quits until she wins so it always ends with me having to put up her annoying tantrum or guilt over making my sister cry.

The greatest rage I've ever felt was when my little brother was getting beat up. I can remember losing control of my hate and anger. My body kind of went into auto pilot, with me vaguely in control, I remember getting hit and not feeling pain. I beat the shit out of the other guy, even after he went unconsious. I hated (and still do) the fact that I lost control like that.
If you ever piss me off like that, take to the hills. Though that probablly wont do you much good, the other guy tried to run but didnt get far.

i know how you feel about losing your temper, about 30 "wannabe gangsters" started on me down the park near where i live, so i grabbed one of them round the throat and cut his throat where my fingernails were , then he complained to my dad and all my dad could say was "well you're lucky he didn't lose his temper" and all i could think was "hat kind of psychopath do you take me for ?

My parents. Even living in a different city, with a life of my own, they still want to control me, and criticize me. I can stand them if I only see them in short periods. But I was staying with them for a week some time ago. It ended in tears. Litterally. Even my stepdad, whom I have never seen cry.
