I don't understand why that's relevant. I also live in England... what's wrong with England?
The common image (and largely the truth) about Englands weather, is that it is cloudy and rains a lot.. Perfect weather for constituting a need for clothing in my opinion.

I'm not saying there is anything wrong with it (in this capacity at least)...

That's by and large a ridiculous reason, especially considering parts of Canada are pro-Nudist.

I am an overweight, thirty-four year old, who is not... well endowed in the nether regions. Clothes are my friends.

P.S. My apologies if I offended anyone. I tried to break it gently as possible.

I would, I actually find being naked a lot more comfortable than wearing clothes. English weather can be unpredictable though and I'd need some form of pocket.

I barely like wearing skirts or shorts so ill keep it on thanks. Also I'd probably give myself a black eye if I needed to run...

No, I would keep my clothes on, I don't want the world seeing my horrific skin, and I only look muscled when I am doing something, standing and walking around I look scrawny, so unless I was cart-wheeling and running everywhere(not good idea when naked) there would be no point.

And I would not go out nude in Canada either! I like being warm. Now if it were somewhere with a warmer climate, thats a different story.

It is not at all a rediculous reason. Thats like saying it's rediculous for someone to choose to put a hood up in the rain. It's merely a preference driven by conditions. I (and many others)
would not want to be cold, wet and naked. Given that the weather can change throughout the day, and I'll usually be out all day or at work, I'd rather take my outer shirt off if I get too hot, than bring a backpack of clothes to wear incase I get too cold..

It's pretty cold where I live. So I'd just keep wearing clothes. Though I would be in support of such a law.
