Lets say that the laws against indecent exposure were lifted where you live (assuming they aren't at the moment), would you go naked or are you a lover of clothes?

When it's 85-90 like it has been lately? Hell yeah. ^^

No. Most of the clothing I wear is of a protective nature anyway. Even at the pool, my trunks are there to make sure my junk doesn't get caught on anything.

Me.. maybe occasionally. Go get the mail, some simple (non dangerous) yard work, maybe even playing in the sprinker with friends and kids (and we have as a multi family going, have gone to clothing optional beaches/resorts/camps at time, some time going full bare, other times not).

Cavat; assuming the law also includes anti-obscenity. Men with the accidental hard-ons do their best to cover it up or just sit it out, sex and mutual massterbation is frowned upon (like most EU states where public nudity isn't quite illegal) and anybody who tries to overly present themselves to children is punished.

Also, I like clothes, especially on other people. It leaves an element of mystery to people, also meaning that people can be visually appealing without having perky boobs/a large muscled chest (as your preference may be). Also, most people aren't naturally vibrant shades of green/blue/yellow/red, so clothes add a nice variety without the necessity of tattoos (and too small a percentage of tattoo-people look nice with their tattoos)
