Toxic Avenger for the win! But if you want an even more craptastic troma film you need to watch "Curse of the Cannibal Confederates" also known as "Curse of the screaming dead" it's idea of an action scene is to have random zombies walk in and out of the foreground of their shot.

Edit: According to IDMB, this movie has very little dialogue. I cannot tell if that would make the movie or worse from the preview. Probably only better, since I doubt very much that any of the people in it have "good acting" done.

Red monks and i spit on your grave were on the bonus disc of some movie labeled as "HARDGORE" i cant remember when i laughed so much at movie trailers
