Oblivion clone please

Hey all,
So in anticipation for skyrim I really have a craving for an oblivion clone, but not just any, I really want to play one coop, on the PC. I'm not sure how many of them there are out there, but I really hope you guys can suggest a good one to me. Thank you!

WHY?!

Oblivion is a horribly unbalanced mess ... one person's level 3 character could be a living god whilst another's could be less effective than a paper cutout.
Also, the combat system is mediocre.

Sure, multiplayer in a giant sandbox would be sweet, but at this point you'd probably be better served by looking at MMOs.

No, he's looking for a multiplayer clone, and I was pointing out why, if such a game even exists, it would be terrible.

Oblivion is a good single player game, and that's all.
