Wait, what? Gamepad is better than mouse and keyboard? Not in game where precision is vital. FPP game, that is. Doesn't matter that much in F3, where you have VATS (unless you like shooting blindly without it), but in Oblivion? Can't imagine playing Oblivion and using a bow/spells without mouse control. Gamepad is best left to games like Assassin's Creed or Prototype or Prince of Persia... or other action games with a lot of jumping.Mozza444 said:I have to say that:Daystar Clarion said:*Snip
Oblivion - Favourite game of all time.
Fallout 3 - 2nd
So its quite clear what I like, but still I've only ever played them on PS3 and I so want to play them on PC for the mods..
I keep trying to convince myself that they are fine on PS3, for various reasons (Such as Gamepad > Mouse and keyboard) ect.
So convince mehow much better are they on Pc?
Also, Oblivion without mods sucks donkey balls compared to Oblivion with even just Oscuro's Overhaul. There's also a mod for overheal of magic, increasing it in power to help mages, since there is no way of powering up a mage after a certain point. Warriors always can get a better armor and weapons, mages can't improve spells without leveling up respective skills.
Oh, oh, and graphics. You can't improve graphics on the PS3. You CAN get mods that improve graphics, by a lot.
