In Bad Company 2, I keep getting stuck in window frames when I try to jump through them. I almost always end up getting shot because I can't take cover...

Other than that I'd say the one where the C-finder starts looping its targeting animation, apparently a lot worse on consoles, since they can't mod it away.

eh... when NPCs get stuck in walls or textures fail to load right away (like i seem to see in every Bethesda and Unreal-based game ever)

or when stuff "pops in" (i usually see this in Prototype or other open-world high-action games)

When you are looking at a city during the "waiting screen" in Civ5, you're screen gets moved constantly to wherever the enemy is fighting, very annoying, especially when you have many allied city states.

I got the head twirling thing in the beginning of Fallout New Vegas, I couldn't stop laughing for about 15 minutes.

Those Leliana comments just made my day. I still hate her, but that's probably because I've never been forced to look at anyone's shoes.

Seconded! And sometimes, when I go into sneak, my arms rise above head, even in 3rd Person!

And in Sonic Adventure 2, you can glitch behind the truck during City Escape, it was pretty good for a ring bonus challange.

GTA4. The UI glitches if you go too fast. I try to buy a soda quickly, and my character never does his animation and I'm stuck in limbo until I reset.
The worst is dealing with the UI on the police car's computer. Can't quickly button through or it becomes a zombie. The UI exists, but no longer has a function apart from eating my brain.

Stalker games and Fallout New Vegas both have a rather harmless, but annoying glitch where shotguns can be reloaded forever; the animation never ends - in the case of Stalker, some keep loading shells (so you can have ridiculous numbers of rounds in the weapon). This is annoying, but can be resolved by trying to fire the weapon or putting it away.

Fallout 3 and New Vegas, where people start talking, but the sound is delayed for several moments.

Could someone please, please post a video of this.

The floating apple on one of the Black Ops maps. Potentially causing suicide to many players.

In Dragon Age I played a dwarf, and then romance time came. When I would kiss Alister I would magically be floatingat eye level with him(or maybe he was holding me up with one hand like a puppet?). Then when we fuct we where face to face, is he fucking my feet like a Japanese man?

Didn't break the game, it's weird being a dwarf who gets foot-fucked by her mentally deficient bf.

The arm thing also happens to me. As a sniper character this becomes a problem when I crouch for that perfect shot and suddenly I'm aiming over my head.

In Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, I remember one glitch that, despite being on perfectly flat ground, causes Ezio to lean over the "edge" (and have the camera swing with it).

The location of my above post of Gibson falling out of the sky is the back of the Helios One building so it must be a common glitch. Did your Gibson fall from the sky? Mine did and she made the sound of an empty drum when she hit the ground.

The classic "SHAS" bug in Thief 1 and 2 (Sudden Heart Attack Syndrome). You would just be walking along and then Garrett would scream in pain and die. It was pretty rare, but still very annoying.

Oh I hated her too, but I had a certain understanding of her being surrounded by Ferelden ugly things ... Next time you meet someone, stare for 10 minutes at their shoes. Ribbons start sounding so nice...

Also why is no one mentioning the bug (that was eventually fixed) where the old doctor's head started slowly slipping to his torso when he talked to you, at the beginning? The first time I saw it I was in shock.

I didn't have too many bug issues with Dragon Age:Origins (other than the usual clunkiness of the console version), but in Awakening characters would constantly turn invisible during cutscenes. Kind of funny talking to invisible NPCs.

Also, I don't know if this counts as a glitch or just bad design, but in Spider-man:Shattered Dimensions, crawling on the ceiling is painful since the camera decides to spin like a top. You can't tell left from right. I did encounter a glitch where Spidey froze in mid-punch and the controls were completely locked while bad guys went to town on him.

At some point in ME2 (on the misty planet where you need the beacons to guide you) I was suddenly walking on the invisible walls between paths. I was about 10 metres up in the air, and could only walk above areas where I could normally not walk. After some time, though, I managed to get back down.
Exact same thing happened to me last night. I lost patience after a few minutes and just reloaded from the last autosave.

Another one, almost all the time in Spore:
Frelling narrow valleys. Lots of planets are covered in what looks like stitches from above, and you can fall into them. If you have a jump/glide attachment, you may be able to get out again, of not, you can only restart the game.
Unfortunately, most plot-relevant charakters that you have to escort in Galactic Adventures are unable to jump or glide.
Wait someone else here has ga!
Im not the onlu one!

In many games, when the camera glitches, goes through the back of your character's empty head and you see their face from the inside.

It's hideous and completely ruins any sense of immersion and attachment you feel to that character, as it shockingly reminding you that you're not controlling a character or person, but a hollow, 'skin' covered camera.

When that happen, I feel a bit like Roddy Piper in They Live when he puts on the sunglasses.
