Obnoxious (but harmless) glitches and bugs

Ona chinatown wars scene, Huang (the guy you play) got out of a car and is supposed to get into another. But I parked so close that he got stuck, and I couldnt do anyhting other than restart the game.

And in left 4 dead when the bots just stand still for whatever reason.

First time I played HL2 when I first got to Eli's lab all Alyx would say was:
"Gordon... Gordon Gordon... Gordon? Gordon Gordon! Gordon Gordon." truly annoying but has not happened again.

In vanilla Fallout 3, the environment used to completely freak out on me- half the landscape was torn away and stretched infinitely into the sky, like looking through a kaleidoscope from hell. If you managed to go inside a building and then leave, or if you just saved right there and loaded, it fixed, but it scared the shit out of me when it first happened.
