i really got obsessed with is monster hunter (all releases since ps2 to psp)... still playing it until now...

I did this for all final fantasy games i've played. Not necessarily due to their amazing gameplay (even though some of them actually were quite amazing, and others not so much), but moreso due to the fact that they required me to get into a gaming phase to even enjoy them.
In addition to that, Squaresoft/Square-Enix seems to be a sadist company that enjoys placing seemingly harmless treasure chest and seemingly un-consequential replies to npc chatter all through the game just for you go on gamefaqs.com later and realize that "OHH NOES!" you can no longer get the uber-final-Ultima-God Weapon because you opened a (THE WRONG) freaking treasure chest containing 50 gil or you talked to worthless npc twice instead of 3 times at the very beginning of the game..
Sorry for the mini-rant-run-a-long sentence but... yeah...

My Xfire profile tells the tale of extreme City of Heroes addiction. Specifically, I think I was addicted to rolling alts. That game really has rolling up interesting superhero and villain concepts down well. Forget about level 50 and the game is several times better. Alas, it didn't last, however... I did get level 50 and was so disappointed with the end game that my City of Heroes addiction never recovered. Now I'm holding out for Champions Online.
Just played through the first Serious Sam on the XBOX. Turns out a mindless shooter is just what I needed
the game is really good specailly the MHP2G (with english patch) and it's really entertaining specially with adhoc, it was addictive... i always must meet my MH community always on our adhoc sessions... hehehehwavebossa said:Lol, throwback right there! that's the reason why i almost stopped the online games XD
i'm currently playing atlantica online because i was referred to it by my firends too... turn-based battle-system for a change... got to love the strategies and tactics XD
hehe i was obsessed with Left4dead... missing 10 Achievements out of 51 xD played the demo all the time (had it since the 6th november because preorder on steam) and then the full release... played that game to much xD got bored of it now and im so sad about it.. its a cool game

There have been a few i've been really addicted to. Some were downright awful.
WoW for instance. Last summer i was playing it for up to twelve hours. Thankfully i'm not one of these nightmare cases you sometimes hear of.
Another one is Oblivion, and Final Fantasy XII.
Likely Fallout 3 will get me when i start playing that too...
