I find this really quite disheartening. None of the internet lynch mob who are baying for this guy's blood and flooding Amazon and Facebook today had even heard of him yesterday and I really doubt there's a lot of thought behind their response. He's just today's target.*

My God, this is...I can't stop watching. He has to be high or something because he's still not backing down. Thanks for that, I needed to laugh a bit. that was truly an amusing read.
How can a PR guy behave like that? Let aside his grammar, making fun of your customer and trying to intimidate people by random name-dropping or trying to insult the owner of one the biggest game conventions?
Good thing that IGN, G4 and others have stated that they aren't affiliated with him.

That guy must be out of his mind. Actually, some responses seem so strange, like he has a personality disorder. In one Mail he tells Mike how much he likes Penny Arcade and the other he says it's a crappy page.

Update: The Twitter account has changed. Instead of OceanMarketting it is now OceanStratagy. Yes, the supposed president of this company, with "about 125 dedicated people to run PR , Blogs , Articles , Videos" who 'runs several businesses' apparently didn't make it past 6th grade spelling.

I was just reading this, someone linked it on the SWTOR forums. It's pretty fucking terrible customer service, I just think it's funny how this guy thinks he's totally awesome and that he's such an important guy with connections everywhere. I had never even fucking heard of Ocean Marketing or an Avenger Controller until I read that.

Looks like 'Paul' from 'Ocean Marketting' changed their twitter handle. It's now @OceanStratagy. Yes, he actually managed to misspell 'Strategy' as well as 'Marketing'.
