So I was playing a bit of Neverwinter Nights to satisfy an old school RPG craving and I realised something, I always make magic using characters Evil. Now I normally dislike playing Evil characters but for some reason I automatically made my Wizard an arrogant dick. Why do I this, am I racist in assuming all wizards are evil (if so sorry Alan Moore)?

Do you have to collect every coin even though it'll mean your death or maybe you just have to jump everywhere instead of running to places, what's your oddest quirk when playing a game?

This happens to me every time I play an RPG a second time:

Create character. Decide to be evil/morally corrupt character. Treat first few NPCs I meet like crap. Feel bad about being mean to computer generated beings with 5 lines of dialogue. Make new character. Decide to be a good guy.

The only way I was able to see the Sith ending in KOTOR was because they allowed you to shift alliances on the unidentified planet. Other than that, I have never completed a "bad" ending.

Even though the game might not be motion controlled whether its racing or otherwise I tend to turn/tilt not only my controller but my entire body the way I want it to go as well as pushing the correct corresponding buttons.......but that just might be me getting way too into gaming

This is fairly common I'm sure, but I tend to reload way too often. Even if the gun I'm reloading takes forever to reload. My friend says I passed on my compulsive reloading to him and now he does it as well.

I'm having a hard time considering a game that came out before 2000 "oldschool."

I hate goody-goodies & in comics I always prefer the villains, but in games my hero is always the epitome of chivalry. If it's a man, he will always have long hair & be thin, if it's a woman it will always be a busty redhead. But if it's a sorceress, I will always think "what would Lina Inverse say/do" when choosing among dialogue options.

In Dead Space 2, every time I come across one of these things:

... I have to play with it. I have to. The squeaking is too addictive. I can't help myself, even if I'm specifically trying to not act like a dipshit during that particular playthrough. I just pick one up with kinesis, bang it against a wall, and make child-like sounds of glee as the mouse emits the most adorable squeak man has yet devised. In fucking Dead Space.

I always play with this odd bear-claw grip on the controller when I play third person games >.>

Because of the way I hold the controller, I press the Y button on the xbox controller with the side of my index finger.

In addition to compulsive reloading, I must be carrying the maximum amount of ammo and grenades at all times lest the universe implode.

Whenever a game allows me the slightest hint of customization, I will always choose the shortest haircut available. If there were a skin available in a game that gave the character visible wounds from the closeness of his haircut, I would choose it every time. This is odd, considering my actual haircut is fairly long.

I cannot be evil.

Seriously, it's physically impossible for me.

"MUAHAHAHA-AWWWWWWW" Is usually my thinking.

But usually some of the best characters are evil...

In the elder scroll series i like to take the armor and clothing from npcs I kill, even if i don't use or sell it.

Half accounting, half... disturbing.

Yea my mum did that playing Dirt 2 and ended up spraining her shoulder. That was the last time she played video games.

I talk to my games. Even if I'm by myself (even weirder when I am with others) but if I'm playing as a silent protagonist, I'll make up dialogue for him.

If I'm playing a game like Ace Attorney or Touch Detective, I'll have my own detective instinct that comes out as actual lines like "Oh, it is on now suspect..." (only not quite that bad...most of the time)
