I never ever fast travel, no matter how far away the destination might be. I actually enjoy running across vast expenses in games such as in the Fallout and Assassin's Creed series.

I cant be evil, or even morally ambiguous, I just end up feeling bad

also I often swing the camera around so that I can see my charachter running toards me, or do camera stuff to make it feel "cinematic" like in NV striking a pose of me looking out towards the landscape while standign on a cliff face

If I can get away with it, gliding. Especially true with KH games. If not, killing everything that's in my way, unless I'm low on health. Even if it isn't worth my time, I'll still do it anyway.

If I've already played through a game, I cheat through it. (IE- I played through 358/2 days and beat it without having the slightest idea what was going on because I couldn't read Japanese. I'm replaying it now with cheats just to get to the story.)

Statistically, compulsive reloading is the most popular quirk. I can already see that the amount of people with CR far outweighs any other quirk on this thread.
And yeah, compulsive reloading. As soon as something dies, I instantly hit the r key. And die rather often because of that.

Why oh why in Way of the samurai 3, do I jump EVERYWHERE?

Here is a better example.

I kick things to pick them up, food, scrolls missing kiddnapped babies. EVERYTHING.

I clear everything out of my wake. EVERYTHING. Not a speck of valuable/useful equipment, not a single enemy, and certainly not anything that can give me experience is left unmolested. This upsets my friends greatly whenever we play together and I do it less then, but it is extremely difficult for me to not do it.

I also use melee and other infinite types of attack almost exclusively, mostly because I hugely dislike having anything less than a full allotment of ammo and equipment. I use limited-stock attacks when I need to and my insane stockpiling is justified then, but if I can get away with using infinite attacks then I will.

Oh yes and compulsive reloading but really, who doesn't do that? It's mostly a matter of common sense, since no-one wants their clip to run out in the middle of a firefight.

I cannot be evil.

Seriously, it's physically impossible for me.

"MUAHAHAHA-AWWWWWWW" Is usually my thinking.

But usually some of the best characters are evil...
Same here. Even when I play fallout intending to be the most mustache twirlingly, cartoonishly evil villain ever I still turn out making mostly moral decisions unconsiously. I'm...I'm a good person .

I guess it's a quirk, but before I play any games I clean the dirt that accumlates in the recesses of the controller with a toothpick or pocket knife. I won't use a dirty controller. Actual in game stuff, I tend to play female characters over male ones if given the choice especially if it's a long 50+ hour game. Like Fallout 3 for example.

And in shooters that have real time damage, I'll write things in the wall with bullets.

And surprisingly we don't finish last.

Says you. I'm a bitter, jaded misanthrope. Just a very moral one.

I can only play as an evil character in inFamous. I feel like the game's title is forcing me to do it. And I mean, come on, RED LIGHTING

I just... can't be straight evil in any other game. I feel too much like a dick.

quicksave be damned, games where I can save anywhere I use... maybe a bit too much. I noticed it in Mass Effect when I looked at my saves and realised I had many saves just a couple minutes away from each other... and 400+ saves by mid game...

I refuse to get into Fallout because of my OCD collection issue...

Hmm.

First, compulsive saving. I save as often as I can. I might be doing something completely free of danger, with no effect on the outcome of my game, and I'll still save every two minutes. I just automatically reach up and hit the save button.

Second, I cannot be evil. I've tried. I've even beaten one game evil, Mass Effect 1 but....I'll never do it again. It sucked the joy right out of my play experience.

I am a completest with games. I must have everything and collect everything. This makes it really hard to complete games. I end up with tons of have finished games due to this obsessive gaming disorder!
