So upon me discovering a weird article [http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1293165/Nanny-30-died-sexual-arousal-watching-pornography.html] about a women that had a heart attack due to the fact that she was masturbating at the time, I had a weird thought.

If you're having sex with someone, and they die due to all the arousal causing a heart attack, would that be a crime?

Personally, I'd like to think it'd be instantly no, but you never know.

You're opinions escapists?

Note = If you've studied law and it covered what I'm talking about, please state that in your first sentence, and say which country you studied law from. Just because you've studied law in one place, doesn't make it universal.

Well, the courtroom could always throw a case of "Too smexy for this world" and have you deported to Mars, but other than that, I think you'd just be publicly humiliated and such.

It would be a crime only if you knew that having sex with them would result in thier death ahead of time. That's my opinion.

I'm going to guess no. At worst, maybe manslaughter only because you might be considered the cause of it. However, there could have been (probably would be) outside circumstances concerning the person's health that the suspected culprit may not have been aware of. Thus, if they were negligent of the person's health, they should get no blame. If they were aware of said person's condition... might be another story there.

You'd just be humiliated. Or charged with Necrophilia.

If its common it might become a Law...

You killed someone by arousing them to death. Why would you be humiliated?

Me and my friends have discussed reasons for being far to sexy, limits of sexyness, and even units of measurement for sexyness.

But yeah, unless you can somehow show they intended this to kill them, I don't think this counts.

Its happened before. see the "real life" sections of http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/OutWithABang

However, premeditatively infecting someone with an STD is a crime, but good luck proving guilt.

"If (making) love is a crime then throw my @s$ in jail"

OT: I don't really think you could get thrown in jail for something like that. "You caused his death by having a too perfect body" or "It's your fault he's dead. You and that dirty mouth of yours"

I say it would only lead to awkward situations after the incident, not really any judical follow-ups.

I'm almost positive in U.S. law, no, you can't be arrested, or prosecuted for that, unless there is some outside influence (drug related and so on).

There was a similar situation here in the states (Large midwest city). An older gentleman died during intercourse with his significantly younger wife. His family tried to press charges. The court threw it out because they could not prove intent. Intent is a big part of the law.
