Odd Things That Make You Smile

What odd, weird, or completely boring situations or activities make you smile or happy? I always like to be the first one to the bathroom in the morning at Uni because I get to turn the blue water-sanitizer mixture green. What about you?

i agree i do that even when noone is playing cards even when im just talking or have to finish a homework asignment. when i have to think i shuffle cards for lie 3 minutes or until something hits me

I'm doing it right now. When I stop I always flick them through my fingers, like you would if you were doing that 52 card pick up thing, but upside down so they hit the table. I knew I wasn't the only one but it just makes me smile inside.

This is a video from Ranger 9, a special photography probe NASA launched at the Moon in 1966 with the expressed purpose of taking pictures of the Moon while crashing into it, and observing the impact from telescopes.
About 12 of those probes were used in analysis of gravity as well as locations for where they might be able to land the Apollo missions. Ranger 9 was the only one with a half-decent refresh rate that it made it as an interesting video to watch. Ranger 7 also looks pretty cool.
