So I went in to my local game store today looking for the game Of Orcs and Men. After asking the clerk he told me that the game was canceled. I was really looking forward to this game so I was wondering if anyone else had heard anything about it.

Review bombed on Metacritic before said people even had a chance to play the game, much like RE6? Yes.

I haven't heard much about it myself, but I don't think it's my kind of game honestly.

The game is out, it's just that it came at a really awkward time with all the big names rolling around.
I haven't even seen any valuable insight on how it turned out and some people seem to really dislike it... so it's probably worth a wait till shit gets cleared up.

I saw a brief clip of several minutes of gameplay footage and it looked boring.

Has anyone actually played it?

Exactly what kind of RPG is it? I'm interested in the game, all I know about it gameplay wise is that it's an RPG of some sorts.

From the brief thing I've seen, it looks rather like Enclave but presumably with a bit more actual RPG in it. At least that's the impression I got.

Comes out later this month in Australia. As someone who loved playing as the Orcs in Warcraft I was looking forward to it.
