That's because it's not a dystopia, it's an anti-utopia. About the game itself, I loved it. It was so unique and different. Yeah, it's short, but IMO, a game which is unique and fun (portal's another good example of this) is worth more than a cookie-cutter FPS sequel 3 times it's length.
