Well, procrastination has caught up with me again. This time in the form of weather.

I've been putting off changing the oil in my car because there was a lot of other things I wanted to do first. Now I have to do it outside, in the snow. So yeah, this is going to be fuun. And then I have some other things I have to do outside like organizing my shed of stuff.

So, when was the last time procrastinating finally caught up with you and how bad was it?

[sub][sub][sub]Even though I'm unhappy to see it right now, I'll still be doing the first snow angel of the year. It's a tradition![/sub][/sub][/sub]

I'm moving to a new apartment on Sunday,
but I've been procrastinating packing up all my stuff.

That will be fun on the last day.

Yeah, just moved from Washington State to Texas and yeah, there was a lot of last minute tossing of things in to the back of the trailer. We've also been here a little over a week now and I'm just now done unpacking everything. I've picked out a spot in the backyard where I want to be buried since moving is such a pain in the ass that I'm never doing it again.

Hmm it snowed where I live for the first time for me today to, do you live in Edmonton by chance?

OT: Well I've got 2 mid terms tomorrow that I should be studying for, but here I am sitting on the internet. Yeah I'm terrible when it comes to procrastinating school work, which is really bad for a University student.

I've got a ton of history/English/math homework to do, and yet I'm just sitting here playing Survival Crisis Z and planning horror movie night with my friends.

This is gonna come back to bite me in the ass...

Recently I've put off memorizing a couple rules of thumb for my Calculus class, forgot it was a test day on... well, the test day, absentmindedly walked in late expecting it to be a lecture, only to have the test dropped on my desk when I sat down.

It was one of those days where your mind doesn't feel like doing anything, let alone venture into calculus.

I got a D, but the salt in the wound was that regardless of not memorizing the rules earlier, I could have very well managed a high B or even an A if I stopped for 15 seconds and flipped through my notes in the hall before walking in. No big deal, I was already a few minutes late.
But it was 9:40 AM and I was too sleepy-headed and foolish to think about the test or when it might be taking place.

I'm determined not to let that happen again.

Well I have my finals for my bachelor's degree in two weeks.

But I just received Borderlands 2 :'(

Seedless to Nay, the latter has made made me cave on several occasions while I try to rationalize my time spent gaming with weak excuses when I should be studying.

Cleaning up, the place needs a dust up and a general get rid of junk that is just taking up space. But getting started seems like to much effort at the moment.

I'm moving to a new place on Saturday, so far I've -
Not packed anything
Not informed any utilities that I'm moving
Not informed the council I'm moving
Not applied for a redirection
Or done anything else which is involved in moving.

What can I say? Surely preventing the Aztecs from obtaining nuclear weapons has a higher priority? And my tanks are the only thing preventing France from wiping out America! (Civ 5 if you're wondering)
It's also XCom this Friday so my move is currently in serious jeopardy of being procrastinated into oblivion :(

I really need to get my driver's license.

But I'd so much rather spend my money on video games.

Snow Angels; Fuck Yeah! And in October too!

P.S. I don't know if that's common for Canada. It's not for Michigan, and we're pretty Northish.

College Assignments.

Although it wasn't really procrastination that caused a problem at first, it was more a case of crazy mental block with my weakest subject which also happens to be the subject where we get the most pressure put on us. I really really just couldn't get my brain to work on the assignment no matter how hard I tried.

That mental block led to some serious stress that caused me to miss a couple of days of said weakest subject, I began to contemplate dropping out of college and my Dad started worrying that the stress might end up leading to depression.....which is odd because I've never been depressed in that way at any point in my life. He even suggested that I go see a Counsellor or something.

Anyways, after a week or two I managed to get out of my rut and make some headway on the work but I'm still technically behind a couple of weeks no matter what I do. At least I'm getting the shit done now...or I would be if it wasn't for the fucktons of procrastination that I've been doing today.

....And I need to present the work tomorrow o_O.

Surgeon: Your operation will be sometime in October!

No news yet and I'm in serious pain and the hospital near me may as well be Dr Vannacut's so I have to wait or get butchered....:<

This reminds me that I should probably clean the windows of my car...it's got to the point that I have a really bad condensation/fogging problem and I'd really rather not die but...procrastination...

I should also have probably told my Dad that I got a new phone...last month...when I got my new phone and deactivated the old one...

That greek field trip assignment is glaring at me from the ignored Office Word tab in the desktop. Oh God... I can feel it... scratching at the back of my mind! It's coming for me!!!

No, seriously though. I really should stop screwing around on the Escapist and actually finish that thing while I can.

I procrastinated from cleaning the house before my mother got home. She was not very pleased when she saw I had not done it in time. I felt guilty as hell. That was a few days ago. Really got to get it done tomorrow, she goes in for her operation on monday.

I once held off on writing a piece of english coursework until the night before. I started writing it at 10 at night and finished at 5 in the morning. Went to sleep for about an hour and a half, went to school, handed it in and dozed on and off through every class. I got home in the afternoon and collapsed face-first on my bed until teatime.
