For me it's sticking toothpicks under the toenails and kicking a wall. Never experienced it or anything similar in any way, but the thought of it makes me bite my knuckle. And having nails ripped off/out/pulled off when stubbing toes (that last one was happened to me more than once and I just don't remove my socks because the though and feeling of it is way worse than the pain).

The knees, oh god knees! I have bad knees. So the thought or visual of knee injuries is fbsbfsjfnasbflasdhfsbgf.

Is it just a coincidence that knees sounds like "bees?"

Broken fingers. I don't remember the name of the movie, but there was one scene where Leonardo Dicaprio got tortured by having his fingers hit with a hammer. I literally had to sit on my hands AND close my eyes.

Same with that one healing animation in Far Cry 3 where the player character resets his thumb.

Eyes are the worst for me, along with throats being cut. It's definitely eyes that make me the most squeamish though. If I ever needed some kind of eyesight aid, it would have to be glasses. Contact lenses would be a no go. The thought of any foreign object touching ones eye - even something as benign as a contact - doesn't sit well with me at all.

(Please forgive me in advance, I'm new to posting here and can't pull off the spoiler tag/embedded video trick.)

Yup, the eyes suck. Maybe it's because our eyes (or my eyes, at least) are very sensitive to touch, to the extent where a harmless eyelash can cause constant and painful aggravation. The thought of shoving something pointy in there... ugh.

I'm kinda cheating a bit with this contribution, because it's more of a style of death rather than an injury. However, many of the injuries people have listed, such as losing eyeballs or peeling faces, would probably cause either severe shock and/or blood loss, resulting in death. There's one scene (which causes physical injury) that has followed me ever since I watched it as a wee boy (well significantly younger than I am now). I am of course talking, about the 2005 King Kong scene. YOU KNOW THE ONE! WATCH THE HORROR AND TREMBLE!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DTWYQhTT388 [Warning, if you have a fear of insects or other creepy-crawlies, maybe don't watch this.]

Sweet Jesus, I didn't even watch the whole thing now. Just... wow. It's like the gorram Zerg swarm! But they're all things that LIVE on this Earth. Makes you thankful for flamethrowers.

Hit in the balls! Always makes me hold my breath and do into defensive mode...
yupp, plenty of times I can FEEL the pain that I just saw. (Depending on if I'm laughing at it or not)

I believe our brains downstairs give out psychic signals to tell other brethren the pain they have just hardshipped

Imagine putting a toothpick under your toenail...then kicking a wall...

Just thinking about it makes me cringe.
just...why would you ever think of that willingly? my foot just tingled in anger that I would even come up with such a thought.

Eyes are pretty bad, and nails or fingers.

But, you know, balls...

**Warning: anime-gif, a little blood so NSFW... <.<
haha oh god...I love that the animation had all the guys in the background cringing hardcore, so true.

similar to getting kicked in the nuts, I remember seeing a slight video growing up that

showed a boner, and a box cutter blade was used to cut the dick in half hotdog style, and then was taped together to make it double the length. That made me cringe so fucking hard, my fingers were about ready to break skin from closing them into fists so tightly.

My mate had to have emergency surgery to correct Testicular Torsion http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Testicular_torsion. He woke up in the middle of the night in agonising pain and vomiting, luckily his parents were aware as his father had had it before so they got him to hospital straight away, otherwise after 5-6 hours you loose the testicle. He still can't talk about the pain he was in as the memory still haunts him.

I saw a man's jugular vein severed in a freak accident once. That's not something I can forget so far, no matter how I try. Luckily for him, he narrowly survived after losing a third of the blood in his body and was even back at his job a few months later. People on the scene apparently started vomiting, fainting or having heart attacks.

There's just something about that particular kind of injury that makes me feel light-headed. I'd probably better sit down for a bit, that's all I can stand writing about it.

I'm not sure what to add. Everything makes me cringe on here. Everything. All that everyone has mentioned.

Biggest weakness is the sound of injuries. Boy do I shudder.

Having had a whole bunch of injuries myself most realistic seeming ones make me cringe since I've felt something similar. Bone breaks, eye trauma, broken noses, all that fun stuff.
