As my post count is under 100, I feel I am not EXACTLY qualified to answer this, but hey, I'm on OTHER forums, and the same crap gets dreged up.

Breaking news threads bother me. If I WANTED the news, I'd go to MSNBC, CNN, FOX, NBC, CBS, or hell, I might even break down and go to Drudge or to the AP.

Zombie threads. For those that CARE, Cracked.com ran an article a few weeks back about why it can NEVER happen (granted, they've also ran one on 5 reasons it CAN happen, thanks to science!). As much as it pains me to admit it, the Zombies will never take over, and we will never have to survive the mindles... wait, what am I talking about? We're ALREADY survivng the mindless horde... LAWL! I keed, I keed!

Threads about "moral" issues (i.e. abortion, capital punishment, etc). These are a SUREFIRE way to make you the most hated person on the board. It's just a fact. If party A is for the chair, and party B is NOT, then I can almost PROMISE there will be a MASSIVE argument. Kill 'em all, let God sort 'em out! Pardon, Kill them all, for surely the Lord will know His own! There we go!

Personal Issues are good for a laugh, but when it's the same people over and over and over and over, I just want to say "Dude, seriously? Is your life THAT bad? Just shut up, and EMO NO MORE!" So yeah, I guess those kind of bother me.

I actually dont mind the whole "relationship advice" thread, because I mean really, who SERIOUSLY comes to a FORUM for relationship ADVICE? We're all a bit trollish deep down, so why ask us how to handle a relationship?

The obligatory "I'm bored/Cant sleep" threads... In particular the ones that have unbroken, pointless, MASSIVE-WALL-OF-TEXT. They really bother me if the person is trying to be philosophical, because everyone ALREADY KNOWS THE ANSWER TO THOSE QUESTIONS! Why are we hear? PLASTIC! Why do we gamble? SEX! Sex is the reason we gamble, it's the reason we drink, and it's also the reason we have babies! Of course, those can also be answerd with: FOURTY TWO.

Threads like this, that I am helping perpatuate by posting in...

This, people jumping on the bandwagon of all JRPGs have crazy hair and big swords like they are the first to notice.
So many threads could be /thread'ed by, "Different people like different things."


However I must say The Escapist is one of the best forums I have been on for lack of trolls/annoying threads.

Well, let's see:

1. Any thread asking why something is so popular.(That includes Halo, Modern Warfare 2, Twilight, Nickelback, Justin Bieber, etc.)
2. Any thread asking why something is so unpopular.(Interestingly enough, this also includes the same list. Odd.)
3. Any thread pertaining to Yahtzee's thoughts and/or opinions on a certain game.
4. Especially Duke Nukem Forever.
5. Any "Am I the only one?" threads.
6. Any "Rate My "X"" threads. No one cares about your game library.....stuff!
7. Any thread about certain unreleased Half Life sequels.
8. Any threads about how seriously Yahtzee should be taken.
9. Polls comparing Zero Punctuation to Extra Credit.
10. "How Old Are You?" threads. Yeah, real creative.
11. "I have a problem" threads. We all do. The thing is, we don't all come crying to internet every time we experience them.
12. "Lost My Faith In Humanity" threads. Shut up. You have a computer with access to the internet, and since you're using it to visit this site, that means you play videogames. I think we can assume several things: 1. Your life is awesome. No matter what kind of shit you have to deal with, you have access to videogames and the internet, so your life can't be that bad. 2. Even if the world is a fucked up place(debatable) you clearly aren't doing anything to help it, other then making this waste of internet space. Shut. The fuck. Up. You piece of shit.

I hate anything that mentions MW2.

Dont get me wrong, I love the game.

It's just the few idiots who say "Your first mistake was playing it" or something along those lines. It is the most annoying repetitive thing I hear on this site.

Guys, its a decent game. The Single player is alright, not as good as CoD4, but still pretty decent. The multiplayer is annoying and unbalanced as shit, but it still is a fun multiplayer.

You aren't edgy or original by saying the game was bad.

'Atheists Vs The World' threads.

While I'm a hypocrite and do act in these, it hurts my head on how so many people can argue over stuff that's so personal and up in the air.

It's like 2 stubborn, color-blind folks arguing over what is which color. They're both probably wrong, but they are so adamant that they can't respect the others' opinion.
