It isn't a complete hentai game, mind, it's text-based: the only images you get are the occasional pixel thing on the side of the screen, otherwise everything is described.

Does Rapelay count as disturbing? I know of something that tops that but I think Rapelay fits the bill. But I think the weirdest game I played was Frog Fractions [http://twinbeardstudios.com/frog-fractions]. OK, it's not even weird but it's...bizarre in a way. Can't explain it, you have to play it. I think it was the porn part that got me all "Seriously you guys?" (In amusement, that is, not in frustration or anything else). Most disturbing, though, would probably be Bindings of Isaac. Sheesh.

Well the weirdest game I've played was The Void/Turgor/Tension. I'm still not really sure WTF was even going on that game.

Your post reminds me of a very screwed up mod I ran across for oblivion involving stomach monster mouths, spiked tentacles coming out from vagina's and weapons out of impaled and gagged woman. ಠ_ಠ

Corruption of Champions doesn't do loli. Very specifically so. The creator is anti-loli for some reason. (If you saw the game, you would understand why I say 'for some reason'. Nothing is sacred. Although, technically the Goblins are loli-ish, I guess.)

I tried this game and I will say it now, this game is a Eroge Visual Novel without pictures on it [with exception the sprite characters below when you talk with different characters].
And I will admit, it is actually very enjoyable and weirds as OP already said.
I really like the small details the game every time tell you when you do a specific action.

The game, despite being fucking weird and text-based, is addicting for some reason, and this is a good example of proof of such a thing :L
