OH NO!!! a Zombie Apocalypse, what videogame character do you want in your party?

A TF2 Engie. You don't exactly have to do much to survive with a level 3 sentry launching rockets at any passing zombies. It would be less 'zombie apocalypse' and more 'my body count has hit quadrupal figures'.

A TF2 Medic... Not only because of the whole healing and Ubercharging, but also because the Medic is so damn crazy, it's just so difficult to not love the guy.

Some kind of Pokémon. Possibly a Charizard, or maybe a Tyranitar.

Whoever the main character is in Portal from The Orange Box 360 version... portal gun equals never getting cornered and over run. That is pretty hard to pass on. The fun traps you can set like portal on the wall of a sky scrapper at the very top and then open the second portal under a hoard of zombies that are trying to tear down the wall of that building so that there would be a waterfall of zombies being used to crush zombies on the ground... those kind of scenarios are just icing on the cake.

I don't know, I think Chell would be useless in a zombie apocalypse. The Device has a limited range of what it can work on, so far it seems only non-reflective surfaces can hold a portal. This means all glass, metal and plastics are out. Not sure what paint can do, but I assume high gloss would also deflect portals. I don't know what it would do on things like asphalt or dirt, but for some reason I suspect the latter would also not hold portals.

You'd be better off with a turret.

Duke Nukem, Serious Sam and the bloke from Painkiller. It's all about the crowd control, baby, and each chap carries so many weapons that they should be able to spare a couple between them for me. Otherwise I'd feel I wasn't pulling my weight.

Vanille (Final Fantasy XIII). She's so cheery that she would make the zombie apocalypse seem fun.
Jacob (Mass Effect 2). He's strong and reliable.
The X1-Alpha and it's pilot (Future Cop). It's basically a walking tank, except it could make any tank it's *****. Do I really need more detail?
