i would have to say:
1- samus (because she has unlimited ammo and she can't be eaten under all that armor plus she's hot and it would be nice to be able to repopulate.)

2- Samanosuke Akechi from Onimusha: Warlords (he has the ability to absorb the souls of undead and he gets stronger with each soul. plus he's a samurai)

3- as for the last it would be a hard choice. the third would ether be the Engineer, dante (devil may cry), or Solid Snake

Depends on the type of apocalypes, none of these would be useful in a Marvel Zombies style apocalypse.
Samus Aran, because if she is payed to keep me alive and keep the world from being destroyed, she will do just that.
Master Chief because we will need as many guns as possible.
Ryu(street fighter) dude walked home from the freaking moon, no zombie could hope to bite through his skin.

2) Jorge, Halo: Reach. The machine gun he lugs around with him would tear the hordes to pieces. Also, he's damn tough to kill.

3) Mordin, Mass Effect 2. His medical expertise means we'd probably be safe if we got wounded, and he might even be able to invent a cure for whatever it is causing the mass zombification. Plus he's funny, and can point a gun straight.
