Heavy, Medic, and Engineer. I'd be sniping, I've comfortable with rifles.
Think about it for a while, I'm pretty shure I've got most bases covered with that crew.
Heavy: while heavy firepower is usefull, his endless supply of sandwitches is what we'd live on. He also brings usefull muscle, which is a usefull tool in a bad situation.
Medic: Obvious reasons, but aside from having the heal gun, he's got the knowhow on biologi. Hopefully he'd be able to find a cure in due time. Also, übercharge, to get out of a pinch.
Engineer: once again, it's not about the firepower he brings in form of the turret, but the endless building supplies and ammo from the dispenser! It even heals ffs! And the guy has engineering degrees. He could fix all kinds of stuff.
And scream HAX all you want, those supplies are endless in the game, and that's what we go for here. Go cry summore!
I'd be pretty useless in this team, or at least at first. But being a helpfull hand, and having plenty of time to practice sharpshooting, I think I'd do okey after a while.
The most important part of this (aside for endless resources) is that they are TEAM PLAYERS! They know to stick together, help eachother out and be a TEAM. In zombiemovies, shit usually only goes really, really bad when the team starts falling apart.
