Quite a lot of things, really. "The guy with the piercings" shows up some (I've got a handful scattered around my ears and face), as does "that guy with the hat" (my black porkpie hat, complete with pheasant feather), "that guy with the goatee and the tight jeans" (So I cultivate a bit of a hipster aesthetic. So sue me.), and more often than any other, "that guy who--oh Jesus, you're tall." (I'm almost 6'6".)
So yeh, I guess I accumulate these little titles.

"The smart guy" I try to stick to myself but being at college means hiding it is impossible at length.
I have long brown hair and a beard, so when they're going off of my physical appearance, people tend to call me Jesus. Matter of fact, most of my friends back home pretty much exclusively call me Jesus. Most people at the university just call me by my name, but that may be down to me not knowing too many people yet...
"Oh, the fat girl...?" was most common in high school.
All the other Emily's in my year were gorgeous, so if they spoke about me, it'd be, "The ugly Emily."
Same with two girls called Charlotte too.

Also my hair, and occasionally my eyes. My eyes are multicoloured, so people tend to remember them better then most.

People usually remember me as the little Asian girl dressed in black and carrying a serial killer book. And most people at school seem to think of me as the smart one, which is weird, since I go to a selective school where everyone else is smarter than I am.

I'm usually recognized by my huge grin, which grows when people mimic it in front of me. I'm also pretty tall.
"That girl with the goggles and colourful tights." They seem to be the aspects of my clothing that people pick up on most. I'm down with that.
