For some reason I thought that it was reincarnation that brought link and zelda back together many times over to save Hyrule. So while it was a different body and maybe even person, it was the same ego or force each time.

that would actually be better than it just being a massive co-inky-dink each time.

My favorite video game character would have to be Wrex, from mass effect. Idk if there is a way to make him die in the game, but every time I played he never did.

I guess the only way to send him down appropriately would be in glory.
Maybe riding a nuclear missile into a Massive Geth fireworks complex?
Or maybe build him a time machine and send him back to the Alamo!
Yeah, I'll go with the second one.

I choose to send Wrex back in time to battle at the Alamo.
Surely he will die, but I bet he'll take out at least 100 Spanish cavalrymen.

Well, I was going to use Kratos, but he's walked out of Hades so many times that, as Yahtzee said, they might as well install a revolving door...so Ratchet it is...man...probably sacrificing himself to save a Clank from floating into a star? Hell I dunno...I can't think of anything good, but that's the best you'll get from me at this point >.> I don't usually think about this stuff XP

Nope, no way I'm letting wrex die and if BioWare decides to remove him from ME2 I will lead an angry mob to start demolishing their HQ.

May I join that angry mob should this occur?

As for me, I would really hate to imagine the Arbiter from Halo dying... so I'll have him die peacefully in old age after a long fulfilling marriage to a female Sangheili and with eleven loving sons and daughters.
That applies to most of my favourite game characters as a choice of death.
