Dante (Devil May Cry)
Alex Mercer (Prototype)
Morrigan (Dragon Age: Origins)

Dante and Alex can each take out countless guys and really can't die, while Morrigan is a ranged mage, who can heal me up if I take an arrow. Plus, she's hot. Bonus.
