Lucas Arts' "Outlaws". It's a classic western shooter with a great story, many weapons and fun levels. Unfortunately the graphics are mostly D2 and very bad 3D with huge pixels, so a remake would be awesome!(I'd prefer to keep the games story and characters essentially the same, but maybe spice up the weapons and levels a bit more^^)

Going back a while, how about a remake of Cyborg Justice on the Mega Drive? Damn, that game was fun and had so much potential. Could be great with modern game design...

I don't get why people want a remake of Morrowind, I think the first and second Elder Scrolls games need to be remade to work properly and easily on newer systems with better graphics and let people who jumped into the series at Oblivion and Morrowind to experience the past stories. Plus the first one really hasn't aged well and is more frustrating than fun to play. Also my beloved Outcast. :'(

Well I would have said the first Silent Hill, but they are, although it's for PS2 and Wii only and looks totally different.

X-Wing and Tie-Fighter. Man they would be awesome with today's graphics.

And all of the Ultimas, Oblivion or DA:Origins style, with updated dialog on the older ones (U7 doesn't need it).

Also, as someone already posted, PONG. In 3D. With RPG elements, ah ha ha ;)

There was this game for the Atari 800XL, cannot for the life of me remember the name, but it was split-screen Multiplayer in first person where you were on a huge checkered board and you had to grab a pulsing orb and get past your opponent and shoot it between two goal posts that moved and got smaller as you got higher scores - probably my first ever experience with playing against another person and so awesome in its simplicity of gameplay yet so hard to stop playing. Anyone remember what that was called? I *think* it was a Lucasarts title.

All this talk of a Morrowind remake is silly and pointless. Morrowind was near perfect, and I doubt a remake would do much for it.
Near perfect you say?
Cliff racers my friend, GODDAMN CLIFF RACERS.

I'll also go with Ocarina of Time, however I would like to see Ground Control with improved graphics.

It's not particularly old, but I'd love Chaos Legion on next gen consoles. It'd be gorgeous.
The game looks fine on ps2 graphics. Also, my opinion... Wild Arms on PsOne for the win!

A lot of people have said my first choices so I'll say Resident Evil 2.

That game was awesome and would be even better with next gen graphics.
