old games that you would like see remade

my choice it would be Pan!c for sega cd. then you have other cool games like contra if it was made in newer graphics but not a side scroller and plate former but i guess that would screw it all to hell. there are games that should not be made but i think some old games being remade and adding little stuff like newer parts. i mean Pan!c can stay the same because its basicly point click and see the reaction of the button you just picked like houses going into space with rockets or falling from the sky and picking a button and a sumo comes out and crushes the little kid. it was awesome because of all the stuff you can see happen.

I know it's not an old game, and I'll probably get some slack for this, but I would like to see Halo 2 remade, just to see how much better the experience would be if they properly completed the Campaign. They sacrificed the single player a lot to work on the multiplayer, and a lot of material got cut, including characters: extreme flood forms called Juggernauts, who were crazily deadly, and the engineers (they were supposed to be in the first Halo, but were cut, and supposed to be in this one as well, but were cut.) And they cut entire levels: (The floods re-introduction was supposed to be more intense, there was supposed to be a level between Chief killing Regret and falling in the lake, and getting captured by Gravemind, which properly introduced him and allowed you to ride a forerunner tank!) Also the ending was supposed to be more closed and resolved, rather than the To Be Continued that we got.

I would dearly love to see a new X-Com game. Tactical games like that are just such a niche product and it would be amazing to see the original X-Com in modern visuals and with proper physics and the like. The original had destructible environments but with todays technology we could make it so much better!

But what I'd really, really like to see is a new Bushido Blade. Never has there been a game more in need of revisiting.
