I am wondering what was the name of a game that I played when I was younger.I dont know exactly how old it is, but it is pretty old. You play as a women. You start the game in a burning house and than a red dragon comes to you. You can go to two different caves by riding him. On your way to the first cave you have to fight wyverns or something like that, that shoot you with green projectiles. When you enter the cave you have to fight with something like werewolves. I dont remember much of the second cave, because it was too creepy for me. But I remember something about spiders and a boulder. Hope someone remembers what's the name of the game. :)
I'd first try my luck with "Drakan: Order of the Flame" (1999). Love that game.
It needs a community patch to run on modern systems though.
Yeah that's the game.Thank you so much.I was 6 years old and I didn't know how to play it properly and what's the game about. But now 10 years later I'll play it with joy.

Hello guys!

There is this one Tank-Game i played several years ago!

-it's 2d
-it was no browser game
-the title-splashart included 4(?) tanks/artilleries in 4 different colors (I think blue, red, green and yellow)
-you could buy different missles/guns like: a pistole, rockets, a CRATE which explodes and shoots ALL missles available in this game (it was the most expensive one), toxic grenades which would spawn green pixles (they damage over time) and a laserbeem and so on.
-if you shoot the ground/mountain there would be a hole left and the destroyed part would roll down as small pixles which would fill up holes beneeth the explosion or dig in other tanks.
-you could play local mode or just vs bots (up to 6 maybe 8 players/bots?).
-several maps (winter, summer, night, daytime..)
-sometimes, there would fly an extra missle from the sky and you could shoot it to gain this specific missle.
-oh and most of the missles would fly in an arc so you would have to aim high and against the WIND. (could turn wind off)

That's about all I know.. I searched several hours but i can't seem to find it. lmao

Hope someone finds it and thank YOU in advance!!

EDIT: i forgot to mention that this game has a platformer-ish view AND you could NOT move the tanks/towers/artilleries!!

Hello all!! So I've been looking for this game for about 2 years, and I even occasionally looked at this very thread, but until now have never made a post about it. To whoever reads this, thanks for your time, and be prepared for a heck of a lot of vagueness. The game I'm looking for was a PC adventure game from the late 90's, probably Sierra but not 100% sure. Fairly standard point and click adventure stuff, as far as I remember. There were talking dinosaurs(Can't remember if they were further anthropomorphized or not) as well as humans. I remember the story was very serious, and I'm pretty sure it dealt with politics of some kind in relation to the dinosaurs and humans. I'm pretty sure there was magic, or at least magical items. I also remember there was a room that had a large cage in the center, with something inside, as well as guards in the room. There was also a palace of some kind. I can't remember much more than that. If any of you can help, that would be awesome!!
It has to be

Lost Eden (1995)

HOLY CRAPBASKETS!!!! THAT'S IT!!! OH MY GOODNESS THANK YOU SO MUCH MAN YOU'RE SUPER AWESOME!!! :D I've been trying to find it for years and now I have thanks to you!!

There was this random old game they had on the school computers...you got trapped in the body of a kewpie doll and transported to like a fairytale land or something where you had to solve puzzles based on nursery rhymes... anybody else ever play this? This was back in the early nineties...
If this was super pixelated I'm pretty sure it was Mixed-Up Mother Goose I remember playing that all the time.

There was a game I played, I want to say it was 95-98. In the game from what I remember it was set in a western ghost town and you had to kill dead spirits or veil creatures if remember correctly and the game was in a over head view not a 3rd or first person.

It wasn't that because I was reading and thought the same thing but sadly no. It was not a 3d game, it had 2d graphics. The game came on a demo disc too.

Hey guys; anyone ever found this one:

Forgive me if try to reference a game already mentioned; but I couldn't see it throughout all 603(!) pages.
Anyway I'm trying to find a game (I think it was on an old PCZone disc, but couldn't find it there..) which looks like a mix between Breakout/Arkanoid and Asteroids. I think it is a pre-2000 game.
You controlled a small spaceship which was red or green, can't remember which color but when you played a 2-player game you had a red and green ship.

The game consisted out of levels where each level was a Breakout/Arkanoid type. In these levels your spaceship transformed into a pad to play the level. After you cleared all the blocks your spaceship transformed back and you'd fly to the next level. Between levels however you had to shoot down asteroids (and maybe enemies, can't remember) which'd drop coins (I think the coins looked like little rings with a hole, like the rings you collect in Sonic games).
After a while you'd arrive at the next level (Breakout/Arkanoid style again), but before that you could buy powerups, weapons etc. with the coins you collected earlier.

I might have twisted things, but this is the most I can remember...
Is there _anyone_ who might know what I'm talking about?

P.S: This is NOT the game I'm talking about: http://indiegames.com/2013/08/freeware_pick_breakout_shmup_h.html
I already found that one, but again it's NOT the one I'm looking for.

Looking for two games actually. One was a game I remember downloading on AOL in the 90s, the other was one I played in school.

The first took place on a chessboard-type playing space. Each player represented a certain element --- fire, earth, wind, plants, water, etc. You could capture your own pieces and build more powerful pieces by capturing weaker pieces (your own or your enemies). There was a single-player mode where you progressed to increasingly harder levels and also multiplayer mode. One of my favorite games from the 90s and I can't remember its name at all!

The other was an educational game I played in school around the same time. You were trying to get a pizza delivery via a skateboard to a certain destination, and you could pick different routes with different risks. Each time your character took a part of the route, a live-action video would play showing what happened to your character on the way. It was part of the CCC (Computer Curriculum Corporation) suite of games I think, but I can't remember its name.

Side scrolling game, you play as a water droplet or something similar. You shoot at bad guys, you have armors (i think the ultimate one is some kind of a robo armor)

Please, if anyone has any idea on the name of the game, i've been searching like crazy and can't find anything

I am searching for an arcade game I used to play at the amusement arcade. This is the description:

1) Horizontal shoot em up
2) The player with his machine gun needed to kill all his enemies (mostly giant insects) to move to the next level
3) After finishing a level the player could choose the next planet to go.

Do you remember any more details?

It's something of a wild guess, but that description reminds me of Xain'd Sleena [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CGL127qYF_0] (also known as "Solar Warrior" or "Soldier of Light").

Greetings!

Looking for a FPS/TPS 'red vs blue' game from 2000-2010 year range. The main feature is that we play with a female character and not some brutal guy. The char had Tribes Ascend-look-alike armor with exposed areas. Special abilities: flight/dash. The game probably had capture the flag mode, capture point and other modes. No other details :(

Exclude:
Firefall
Global Agenda
Tribes
Halo
Quake
OpenArena
Cube 2
Unreal Tournament
Planetside
Nexuiz
Nova 3
Global Defence Force
S4 League
Red Eclipse
P.N.03
Gunvalkyrie

Hope someone can help me. I'd be very happy! Thank you in advance.

Hi guys. i am also searching for a game i played during my child hood.
i remember that it has something to do with a boy and a dragon. you can choose 3 different types of dragon partners to play with. And you work with that dragon you chose to protect a tree from monsters at night. you can grow the tree, or build a underground tunnel too after you looted enough resource to build from the monsters. During the day you grow and build, to prepare for the night when the monsters attack.

Hope someone know this game ;-; I've been searching for it for a long time. I'll be really happy if someone can help me. Thank you.

Apologies if this one has already been done.
I remember playing a game at school on early Windows; 3.1? 95? something like that. The game play area was a window and while your mouse was it would be a little character. Enemies would bounce around the window at varying rates and you'd have to avoid them while trying to collect all the gems on the screen to advance to the next level. Each level had an awesome theme and the enemies would be more numerous and faster and there'd be more gems to collect.
An example of the level themes was I remember an Egyptian level where there were a couple of pyramids in the background and the enemies were camels and you had to collect oval red gems (I think).
Cheers,
Tom
