An xbox FPS game.
You play in this post apocalyptic world or something. Created by a mad scientist, maybe. (No not gears of war) Like on the first level you a machine gun. A quote from the intro is something about its good to die young.
Like when you get a machine gun, you go to walk over a hill in this rocky canyon and a group of spider like enemies starts to come down at you.

It's been so long, I need help.
Original Xbox or Xbox 360? I've played most of the FPSs on offer for both systems, so I should be able to figure it out. Is there anything else you can think of?

This is an old PC Game. Probably 2004-2009. Its a 3d 3rd Person middle ages fantasy game. The title screen has a path with a river (possibly a castle) and the grass moves all 3d like. In the game you play as a human and you do quests for people, The controls are pretty clunky. You get to rent horses at stables and you can rent really expensive ones that have armor. The game is pretty bright and over-exposed. It has a pretty large world and deals with a lot of questing. I believe one of the main missions is going into a big cave looking for this big crystal.

I need to figure this one out.

You know, I'm drawing a blank with those clues. Not a single FPS on the system that I can find matches it. Closest I can find is Gun Valkyrie, but that's a third person shooter with lock-on aiming and a focus on manoeuvring using a jetpack (Awkwardly, since it's mapped to one of the stick buttons).

What it does have is valleys, spider like bugs for enemies and at least one machine gun. The opening (End of intro) "quote" has the opposite message though, ending on the statement that "Life is too short", rather than it being good to die young. The plot also involves a scientist, but I don't know whether he's mad or not (Never played much of the game, since I found the controls too awkward).

This is it. thank you. It's been so many years.
The quote I remembered was.
"Life is much too long
If we are only meant to search for meaning
in this world before we die
life is much too long."

A game I played on the Macintosh SE. It's been a long time and my memory is sketchy but here's what I remember:

It was a room-to-room adventure game.

It seemed to blend historical periods. I mostly remember swords and medieval settings, but I swear there were also parts where you could pick up a gun and fight futuristic guards.

Near the start you had to swish a sword in an empty study, and then a wizard appeared (or something like that) and gave you your starting mission (or something like that!)

For some reason which as a child I could never understand, you were occasionally suddenly transported to an arena where you had to fight a dinosaur. It invariably killed me.

No Its not two worlds, It looks similar. This game starts off in a village, small wooden houses. A man at a campfire gives you a quest which teaches you how to fight. I also don't think there is any magic in the game. I've been scouring the net, I don't think it was ever very popular.

Hello all! Like the rest of you, this has been bothering me for YEARS. I'll describe the game to the best of my ability.

This is a PC game. You can choose to play either as a boy or a girl (I think the boy had brown hair, the girl might have had red). You were on a blue dance floor in space, and there was always a DJ in the top center of your screen who said things like "Way to boogie!" Basically, the object of each level was to light up each of the squares on the dance floor, which you did by going over them. You used the arrow keys to change the direction of your movement, but if I remember correctly, once you started you couldn't stop until you finished the level (otherwise the character would dance right off the edge of the dance floor, fall into space, and die). When you moved, your hips moved side-to-side like you were dancing. When you beat the level, you would sort of zoom up to the next dance floor. The dance floors each had a different layout. In addition, there were different obstacles as you got to the higher levels. For example, if you hit a strip of "ice" you would slide the entire length of the ice and you couldn't change direction until the end. Another one was a poison cloud that would kill you if you went through it.

Please, please, please help me figure out what this game is! I haven't played this game since 2008, and it's really making me aggravated that I can't find it. I would really appreciate any help you can give!

So I am having a really hard time remembering a game from my childhood, and it has been bugging me for YEARS. I apologize in advance if I am too vague, I only remember a few details.

So the game was on a demo disk for the original PlayStation. I think the character you play as is a child, but I'm not 100% on that. Anyways, you start out going through a forest and as you walk through you can pick up and/or use light energy type stuff. There is also a group of two men, and I think they follow you through the forest but you don't notice them at first. You end up getting through the forest to this temple and if I remember right the two men show up and you have to fight them. Then after this, and I'm not too sure on this part, but you either fight this giant black horse/wolf type thing, or you can turn into it. Then the demo is over.

The graphics are more 3 dimensional (think Ocarina of Time type graphics). Sorry this description is all over the place, but it has been about 15ish years since I have even played this game.

HELP ME!!!!D:D:D:D: Thank you!

There was a game, rather old - shouldn't be past 2007, and the good graphics hint at the point it should be at least past 2000.

It was a 3D third-person perspective game about mechs (big robots controlled by a human inside)

I can't recall all the details except for the beginning, maybe: you start off as a woman in some building which's on fire, you follow some corridors with a handgun... after that part there's another one where you are inside of a mech (belonging to the woman) and follow through some canyons destroying hostile mechs and robots.
Many thanks to the person who names it!

OKAY SO for a few months ive been searching around for a game. This game is a playstation2 game (at least when I played) and I only remember a few things:
- the main character (a 17 y/o dark haired male) travels with a 14 year old girl, an old man, and eventually a pirate lady
- the pirate lady has a ship in a cave. In that cave there's this bar where you play mini games at (like darts)
- you get the girl by saving her in her castle (because a she's a princess? Or something)
- I believe that the main boy lived in a grassy, holly area by the sea(?). You were able to travel via the map.
- you took turns to battle and you battled creatures
- one central area of the game was in a desert valley type thing? You could shop there and battle too I believe
- one part you were in the bathhouse with the old man. There was a small hole in the wall between the males and females part. You could choose to listen to the old man and not peek, or you could peek.
- maybe there was a clock associated with it? Like, associated with the game.

PLEASE HELP!! It's driving me and my aunt nuts. Ive looked everywhere and someone said it sounds like a final fantasy game, (ff:v) but it wasn't pixelated like that one. If you know the game, please reply here or at my email ( serasbees@hotmail.com )

Hello, new here.

looking for a game that had on my pc once. It's a fighting game, i remember that you can do like story mode, and do pvp mode. Lot's of charachters that you can choose in the pvp mode.
One more thing that you could choose arena and their was a lava arena i remember and also the most amazing to that time that you could hurt limbs and the fall apart and you still can fight.
It was around the 2000 when first 3D graphics came and i had also future cop:LAPD in that time if it helps.
Please if someone knows what i mean, tell me the game!!! THANK YOU! :)

Hey guys, mind helping me find a game? Ill give the best info i can.

It was a demo so probably not the best to go off but. I remember playing a hero with magic, sword and shield (Generic) but the map was like on Final fantasy 7 where you ran around some sort of facility until you got into combat, then it sort of zoomed you in a little to that part of the area you were in where you would fight the encounter, except instead of turn based you would be actively avoiding attacks and using magic and stuff. I also remember the demo boss was like.... a floating dragon head and two floating clawed hands.

I have a feeling nobody will get this one.

The game is i believe mid to late 90s windows and 3d
your character was sort of bloby and made up of different sections, the feet may not have even been attached to the body. and the graphics were cartoony. Id say my guy almost looked like Rayman.
it was a puzzle game with a pretty chill soundtrack.
I dont remember much, there was a injured dragon like creature in the back yard of one home.
it took place on an island with one town on it, and it was always rainey.
you have a peashooter weapon at the start, there was a light house. sort of charlie brown like communication between npcs i think.
the view was 3rd person or top down, i think it switched automatically.
actually it may have been a static camera view in each room you were in.
i vaguely remember fighting some spiders or something in some type of basement.
It was preloaded on my grandparents laptop i think.

Given that the dragon is injured in the beginning, pretty much.
Grab it on Steam as long as it's on sale (until 12th of FEB). :-D
