There are two games I have been trying to remember forever. The descriptions may be very vague, but my fragile memory can't recall much.

First game is a Arcade game. It was a vertical scroll type. It involved two characters and if I'm not mistaken one of them was blue and the other red. It was a "war" type. I remember bullets looked like little red and blue colored rectangles. Also the first boss was a tank. I want to add that it is not Ikari Warriors.

The other game was a NES game. It was a side scroll type. You were like a space fighter in a suit and you had to avoid obstacles while shooting stuff that was in your way. The game had a two player mode as well.

If anyone can help me remember it would be greatly appreciated.

Hello guys, I have registered on this forum basically for you to remind the name of the game I am looking for. So here I go.

I have played this game on Windows 95. It was 2D game. You could play alone or with friend on the same pc. You were controlling two builders (engineer prob) they were green and blue. One was with helmet(yellow probbably with a plus on it) the other was with scarf on the head (white or green) or smth. . What you did there is you were running around and building walls (from three times / or Painting walls, not sure), enemies could destroy that. The color of the wall was depended on who painted it (green/blue). You could use ranged attacks to kill enemies (throwing something similar like drops, or semen?). You were climbing levels and on the top of the level were bosses. The background looked like skyscrappers or smth. There were probbably four floors to build walls in each level.

I HOPE YOU KNOW THAT GAME, IT WAS AWESOME, SO MUCH TIME SPENT. PLS REMIND THE NAME. LOVE YOU kk tnx bay.

Hey, I've forgotten about an RPG from the PC. If I remember correctly the first level was about a siege or something.

In the character's screen you had the possibility to equip the items collected from the missions(it was not an open world RPG). Also I remember there was a particular mission where I was taken in an island and the inhabitants of that island were looking exactly as the ancient Romans. Also I remember equipping a Roman shield.

The final level was about assaulting a castle where some skeletons fired arrows from the front gates.
Bumping this, and also I have to add that the whole game isn't inspired by the Roman culture, only that particular stage of the game.

Hi, I've been trying to figure out the name of a game I played a lot when I was younger...

The camera view is in a top-down perspective, and I think the gameplay would be some sort of real-time action rp.

As you progress in the game you don't earn levels, but you gain more spell slots and spells from items you retrieve in the different maps and quests, I think, not sure if I remember correctly.

You play as a male sorcerer in green clothes. In the beginning your town is destroyed,I think by goblins but not sure.

At a point you'll fight 3 wizards in an inn, that summon female looking treants, using whip-like attacks.

There's a time mission at some docks where you have to kill a person before the time runs out, otherwise the captain of a ship won't allow you to enter his ship.

You'll have to infiltrate a castle, in a snowy area, owned by giants(I think it's giants)and the giant king, to retrieve an item without being spotted, (Don't remember if it's required or not to stay hidden, or if you can fight).

You'll have to defend a village from goblins, and kill a goblin chief that is constantly circling the map, the goblin chief is being carried on a shield by other goblins as he moves around.

I also think your sister is kidnapped in the beginning of the game, and you're out to save her as well, and that you don't know of your magical powers before the attack on the village.

That's the few bits I can remember off the top of my head right now.
Hopefully someone's able to tell me the name of this game, it's driving me insane!
Thanks a lot in advance :)

Okay there was this demo on the game tomb raider for the ps1 I believe.. Maybe..? Well anyways it wasn't the game "tomb raider" there was just a demo on the game, and it was like you were a party of 4 and you run around this parking lot and you can smash up cars and take the tires of stuff out of the trunk to beat people up with.. The demo ends with you running through the parking lot after you beat up the guys that drive up to you in a van and your running up to this building at the end of the parking lot. You like touch the door and that's the end of the demo. I can not for the life of me remember what it was but I have been searching Google for the demo for like 2 years.. All I get is demos for tomb raider.... -_- Very irritating, ha. Anyways I would very much appreciate it if someone could help me please. I am sorry that I don't have very much details on the game....

Hi, I think this is a brilliant thread :)
I found an ancient game called Deadlock - Planetary Conquest, by asking my online friends but they were stumped with my next memory snippet...

----------------------------

I played the game in the 2000, so it could have been released anytime from 1995-2000s.. It was a pc based game (Dos or win).
From what I vaguely remember, it was based in a viking era and it was primarily a ship building ship.
It was affected by seasons and it had months that affected the time taken to journey + how long it takes to build your fleet.
Once your fleet was ready/built by the shipyards, you set sail to plunder and get back more gold for making more ships.

I've checked the wiki's chronological list of games, but nothing jumps out at me.

Probably Fighting Force
It sounds like Fighting Force to me too! I used to play that game all the time. I bought a used copy at Game Stop years ago for a few dollars.

I remember playing a game in the late 90's a flash game I think. You started as a Repair drone or something on a ship that was being torn apart/attacked. You started in a room and there was a door and there were 3 armor types you could choose that would decide what kinds of upgrades you could pickup in the game. Forget what kind of battle type but the game was all/most top down. Forget the plot. Been looking on google for a long time for it can't remember what it's called, I'd remember if I saw it again.

I can't remember the name or anything else other than a certain part of a mission, its like a soldier/ mercenary type game from what I can remember now the part I can remember is where you are in a building but underwater and you have to swim through unnoticed and kill a few guards standing on like the concrete around the water section. Not very helpful I know but I was only about 6 when I played this. It was on the PS1 I think. (I thought it was Metal Gear Solid but had a look through the whole game play and their was no mission like that.)

Been looking for a game for ages now so I thought it was time for me to register and let you help me.
I don't remember to much about it but it was a very one of a kind game so here I go.

* Released in mid 90s I think (or early 2000).
* The games view is from the top.
* You have an in from where you hire heroes.
* I remember enemies like giants, goblins, turtles, flying things and spell casters (and more).
* You unlock zones as you progress through the game. I remember unlocking a beach like area.
* One thing i especially remember is when a goblin dies they sound like "Noooooo"
* you can upgrade equipment and find treasures.
* The game starts with your in surrounded by a little forest and then there are enemies around.
* You can pick quests from the in. For example "kill 1 giant" and so on.
Been a few days so I'm bumping my game search. Does it ring a bell?

Ok so this game is an old pc game. With graphics like hl1 or quake or something like that, here are the things i remember:

*I remember that the disc had the name "russian roulette", altough i don't think that is the real name, since i looked on google but i didn't find anything :/ but the thing its that it really looked like an original game, so i don't know
*You had to get in cars or vehicles or ships or animals to destroy other enemies
*You could choose between two or three teams to work with. Each one was in conflict with the other.
*You needeed to complete objectives for the team you were on.
*Each level was a different setting, there was a city, an arena, another planet, a castle with a lot of turrets, and other more. And you go to this settings by using a sort of pink portal or something

I hope someone knows :/

Okay, So I played this game as a demo around ten years ago on my Windows 98, so this will be a toughie.

It was a military/commando based strategy game (I believe it was a RTS)

took place in a jungle (at least the demo did)

You only had a limited number of "guys" to use, so managing them was quite important

you could assign these guys to certain buildings where they would craft/research or train in something

and the only memory I have that is somewhat specific is the fact you could research an ability to train the apes to do most things the humans did.

Please help! I have been actively searching for this for roughly five years.

So i have this very odd memory of a game...
You start as a pirate ( i believe ,,since i have a vaugh memory of having to look for your crew)
the game itself plays off in the night so its a kind of horror/Scary game ( very old i believe)
Its a first person so you look through the eyes of your character... There is this part that you go to a ...Some sort of lighthouse and a random person appears and gives you something and another part where you have to cross a small plank to get a crewmate but somehow you can get killed by a strange creature which you cant identify < sadly thats all i know of the game :(

Hello guys,i just can't remember the name of one game and it's so annoying! I think the game is not so popular. It's an older game something like Action RPG...Diablo style (atleast you control the character that way). And i remember you start in a dungeon and they are several rooms and you fight other CPU players.I think you were trying to find a key or some items to open the door to the next stage or something.
