I am looking for a game from the late 80's to early 90's. It was an air land sea style game. You started with your base and had to explore the world/map with a ship plane or tank. The whole world was covered and as you explored the area around you would come uncovered. You had to capture the enemy bases, build your armies. Build your navies. Build your airforce. It was a 2d style game.

Ok so I have a game that I just cant remember the name of and searching google etc has shown no results. In this game you play as a girl in some remote snow covered place inhabited by creatures and you can shoot your own food, rabbits etc. There was one puzzle i remember it was a piano and you had to "play" a missing piece of the classical song to unlock a door.
D2
outstanding...that has driven me crazy for months...i forgot it was on Dreamcast. ty

I was wondering if anyone could help me out? I remember playing a online team 3rd person shooter game probably in the 90s. You got to pick a green gunner who could shoot and move around freely, a red machine-gunner who planted and shoot, and I believe a orange grenadier. The concept was just to join a game and shoot the other team and I think it kept score.

After searching for awhile I cant find anything close to it. Thx

First of all hello there! :)

I've been looking for a game for a long time but no-go...
We're talking about a competitive tetris-like falling 1x3 block game. The blocks were object collections depending on the level and scene. I remember a level where CD's, DVD's fell off and you tried to match them obviously. But the key is; there were some kind of power-ups which you use to demolish/hurt opponents situation or help yours. Some kind of lightning bolt i remember and some bombs blowing the lower levels also... I remember another scene where the dropping blocks were squishy, colored slime monsters(like the pokemon MUK or GRIMER). Every scene had a specific background. Like all tetris-like games, when you reach the top, the game is over. Don't remember anything about music, but being a music producer and having a whole career of music, and remembering many of the good musics from my old times, i suppose nothing specific was good about music. It was a PC Windows game possibly win95/98. Absolutely sure that it's not DOS. The blocks were animated btw.

Couldn't find. So help maybe? :)
Sounds like some combination of Columns and Puyo Puyo (Dr Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine), could it be a spin-off of one of those?
Appreciate the help :) I came across to those too and the one i'm looking for is a little different than those. However, the layout looks nearly the same. The thing in the middle, two play-fields etc... But about the graphics, the game i'm talking about had a little 3d in it. The objects fell were 3d.. They were turning their backs or animating in a 3d way.. Thanks for the help again but still no-go.. :)

I'm looking for an old prison escape game.

Okay, so I remember playing it as a child. It was released in the 90s. It has an isometric view. You are a prisoner, and you have to escape. There is a gym, a diner, there's a guy hitting his face on the wall. I didn't make too musch progress, but I remember stealing a spoon from the diner, and I could steal a metal rod from the gym. At night you have to return to your cell. Oh, and Fools Garden's Lemon Tree plays in the background. I would really like to play that game once more. I'd appreciate any help.

It was a kind of an adventure game, you could pick up stuff as I said, I found a spoon and a metal rod, but I couldn't really use them (I was like 4-5 at the time, and my English wasn't pretty good).

I clearly remember, that you could walk around with the cursor keys, you could talk to people, you had some kind of timer (at noon, all inmates had to go to the diner or the guards beat you, also at night you had to return to your cell), and there were a lot of NPCs - guards, other inmates. Some had personalities, I guess they could help you escape later on. Like the guy bashing his head on tha wall (I think he said he lost something, or something about a girlfriend.) Also there was a metal detector at the gym's door, so you couldn't bring the spoon in.

The view looked a bit like Sims. The prison was quite big, you could walk around during the day (you had a few days to escape, for your trial was close and you probably recieved capital punishment or something similar).
After hours of googling I found it!

It's called "La fuga" by Exelweiss Entertainement. I just need to get my hands on the English version somehow.

EDIT: Never mind, found it. It's English name is Argon, but it's also seems to be titled The Fugitive in some countries. It was published in Europe by Phoenix Entertainment in 2003. I have found an Eglish version.

Just posting this here so if anyone is searching for it google will post this in the search results, and they won't have to spend hours looking for it like I did.

Cheers!

Looking for an old game, I think it was called Gnomes. It is kinda rare and I only played demo.
You start on the surface with a few gnomes, but then you can make your gnomes dig tunnels and create little rooms underground. Collect resources, build things like fire. Over time they start to multiply. and as you dig deeper, you meet other gnomes, who will then try to kill your gnomes.

the game was 3D, but the view was from the side, like a platformer.

Okay, this is my last hope to find this game.. !
I was playing it in year 2000. I god an cd with some sample games on it.

The things I remember about the game:
* The game was a "climb/jump to the top, style" game.

- You were a "green man", with a pistol which shot "pink bullets"
- There where monsters you would have to kill on the way to the top.
- The setting where in a jungle.
- The game started under the ground, (below the jungle?)

Kinda like the game Blackthorne (graphically)

Can anyone help me find out wich game this is?

Thank you!

Help! I need to find out what this game is, because it's driving me crazy.

I played it when I was a kid (mid-late '90s) and it was a PC game that involved traveling to different planets where each alien race started with a different letter of the alphabet. I don't even remember what the main point of the game was, but I do remember a sound bite of an alien going, "I'm a Neooon!" I think there was something about puzzles? It was definitely a game geared toward kids. But if anyone could help me figure this out, I'd be so grateful!

Hey guys! I had to register to post this cus jees I've been wondering for too long!

I have two riddles for you.

The first game is seen from above and is 2D. It was for the PC, and I played it in early primary school so my guess is it was for Win95. You play as a gray wellbuilt man/machine who runs around in sort of a maze and shoot enemies who look like yourself. I seem to remember it was really hard to find a weapon, and without it you were pretty much useless. THis is about all I can remember.

The other one is a 2d platformer, seen from the side. You choose levels similar to mario. Standard platformer but I can't remember much. There was an overworld, I am pretty sure. And there was an ice level if I remember correctly where you would slide around. This was also for the PC.

I'm looking for the name of a game that I played in the 1960s as a young child. I think it was called "Bridge." It had a molded white square board. Each player had plastic bridges (as I recall they were red and about an inch long) that fit into square supports. The object of the game was to build a series of little bridges across the board (to the other side) while blocking your opponent who was trying to do the same. Any ideas on the name of the game, who made it, or where I can find one?

I created this account with the hope that someone could finally help me find this game!

Essentially I remember it being a X-com clone, where you are a squad of marines fighting against aliens etc. However this game does not have any real base management, but more of a basic squad load-out screen where you can choose from sniper rifles, machineguns etc.

I played the game roughly ten years ago, so i guess it came out around 2002-2003.

I thought the name of the game was Battle isle (or something similar) but i cant find the game under that name.

The graphic style was quite dark and gritty. The first level starts off with you and 2 other squad members in a warehouse fighting off 'Alien-esque' type creatures.

An especially vivid memory is of trying to kill enemies that can only be damaged from behind - which inevitably results in using one squad member as bait!

Thanks for any help you can give me.

I am very bugged trying to remember the name of a 90s PC game I used to play. It's a 2D side scroller platformer and you control a tough bald guy who can use a lot of weapons (I particularly remember RPGs that can somehow track targets as well as hand grenades). The setting isn't futuristic, it's in the present and it looks realistic. The game included (some) gore, I remember that you can see blood whenever killing enemies, yet the game doesn't look disgusting or anything. It was really fun but I don't think it ever achieve wide-spread popularity.

I hope the description is good and sorry for the bad and lazy English that I have.

Tell me the name of the game and be my hero forever! :p
I Found it! It's called "Eat This". Such a hard name to remember :D

Note: I found this site http://www.mobygames.com/browse/ it's so good for finding old games!

Well, there is a Battle Isle game series. The game you're talking about is probably Incubation, which is a part of that series...

Okay I think this game was for PS2 or earlier, but you started as a guy who is a stowaway or something on a ship and you find a magical talking sword locked in a basement. Then you get blown out of the ship and land in a snowy village.

The game was an rpg but the fighting style involved you running around an a 2D/3D battlefield using your spells and attacks.

If anyone could help me find this game I'd be grateful.

Hi guys, I really need help with this one. I can't wait to play it, and the name would definitely jog my my memory. It was either a Gamecube game or a PS2 game, not sure. Maybe even an xbox one, but regardless. It was this game where you started out as one animal/creature, and there was a quest you had to do and go around and solve puzzles. However, as you progressed through the game, you gained more creatures that you could morph into and each different creature let you solve different puzzles and get through areas. It was in a sort of Spyro type style, an Action/Adventure genre game, and I THINK when you killed the enemies, they dropped some kind of black or purple crystal as currency. I think some of the different creatures you could change into were like a mole, a bat/bird type thing, and something else. I really can't remember much else. Please guys, anyone know?

IT IS NOT KAMEO
