I know this is old but if someone could help it would be great, anyway, when i was somewhere between the age of 6-8 me and my brother multi-played on PC a game where you are worm kinda things and you have a huge arsenal of weapons (no it isn't any of the worms series) and in the game all the landscape was destructible apart from the odd spec or two and it was utter chaos. I thought it was called Nero but I can't find anything along those lines. It was a side on game if that helps, and not turn based
Nevermind, I found it, it was called Liero

I played an old Amiga-Jump'n'Run-Game. You can choose a monkey or a penguin (perhaps there was a two-player-mode) and at the end of the game you must beaten Santa Clause :)

Anyone know this game?

Hi, so i've lately remembered a game. It's on PS2. So You can play it single-player or multi-player (Hot-seat).The screen is divided into 2, there are 2 eggs on each side of the screen and tetris pieces are faling, which u have to grab and place. There are certain power-ups like a bomb and stuff. The First one to reach the top wins. I remember a few characters - A ghost egg, A knight egg, one with a hat (red i think) and that's pretty much it. I would really like to find it :)

Hi, I've remembered an old pc game (years 1998-2000 I think) I used to play. I think I only had a demo but here's what I remember.
It was a 3D turn based game. Humans (military), against aliens. The one level I remember playing was in a warehouse thing. You had a lot of different weapons, like flamethrower, rocket launchers and such.
I'm pretty sure it's not a xcom game.
If anyone's got an idea what it might be, I'd be really happy to be able to play it again !

I remember a game I used to play when I was little but don't know the name all I remember is that its from the 90s maybe it maybe older. Anyway I can just remember it being about a giant and there was this red ball what bounced along some subtitles of a song and all I remember of the song was " Hey you kids stay out of my garden" anyone know what the name of the game is?.
Parrapa the Rapper or Um Jammer Lammy, maybe? Was singing the focus or just something that happened in the opening cinematic?
no don't think it was a game just based on singing I know it was a point and click and that it was for children

Hi i need help finding this one game i didn't play personally but have read about in a magazine once and also seen one gameplay trailer of it the game was for ps2 i think. From the trailer i seen the male lead character was like a samurai but with a twist he could remove his forearms to reveal swords. The game plays much like a beat'em up but thats as far as i know i've been searching for this game for a good while through google and youtube with no success so im at odd ends here.

I have been getting crazy trying to remember this game. I even had a look at a tanking of more than 1000 games on the hope of remembering the name

If I do not remember wrong it is a pc game and it is set in medieval/phantasy context.
It is a third person game and I believe there were only melee weapons.
There is some sort of coup d'etat in the beginning of the game.
The main character which is some sort of guard, is then injured and cursed with a disease which slowly turns him into a monster. After you have been infected you are allowed to use some special moves but when you do so, your transformation in this darkness creature is accelerated. When transformation is complete you lose.
I remember playing it a long long time ago, so I think it's a game developed at some point in the 90s.

CAn somebody help??????????????

Thank you very much, this is really driving me nuts!
Could be Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver?

Hi,

First, thank you very much for the reply! Unfortunately it is not Soul Reaver, I am almost sure it's a pc game. Also, the main character is a city guard or something, which is poisoned during an attack to the city. After that he has this disease that will transform him into a monster eventually. He has to find a cure while at the same time fight someone who is trying to take over the city.

Thanks again though for trying!!! Anyone else has any idea what game I talking about??

Anybody can help???? :)

Ok, so it was an old PC game I wanna say in the late 90's early 2000's. It was a first person maze game in a medieval setting. You started down in the village and worked your way up to the castle level by level. You had to find keys in each level in order to progress and there were enemies in each level to avoid. I think there were like rats or bats in the early levels and then knights and stuff in the later ones. Early 3D graphics, all the characters were very boxy and relatively low res textures on the walls. No idea where I got it, it may have been on one of those game of the month discs or something idk. Thanks ahead of time.
This is gonna sound weird, but was it a game based on the film Dragonheart? Not the hack-and-slash one, a different one - kind of puzzle/adventure with mostly point and click controls, and occasionally clips from the film.

I vaguely remember a first person maze-type sub game with coloured keys to open coloured gates, and there was something to do with collecting gems or stones or statues as well.
It was certainly low-tech - I think it came as shovelware with a computer in the mid to late 90's. It had very basic 3D graphics in the maze bit (probably not even as good as Marathon), and non-rendered graphics (like Myst) for some other bits.
Can't really remember any more than that!

I think a few people may have posted this before but with no success, so here goes again;

An old (maybe 15-20 years) PC game where you control this purple character on a broom - you travel throughout a castle and I think it was educational in some way, but can't remember how exactly. I'm fairly certain it was bundled with some other games but this was by far the best. The background music was some famous piece of classical music, but again I can't remember exactly what. I also seem to remember chains being a key feature, but again not sure why - maybe you pulled on them for elevators or something?

It was 2D but I think you could travel in either direction (left or right) and I'm not sure if there were enemies, but there were definitely hazards to avoid. The setting was always this castle but I think you went to different parts of it.

That's about all I can remember, can anyone help?

Hey Guys, I ran across this thread searching for two old games I was looking for. I saw them mentioned but couldn't find the post about them. They were old pc games from the mid 90's that I played in school. I wanted to find them for my son to play. He's right about that age now.

The first one was a math maze game where you had to lead a mouse around the maze and solve math problems to open up the blue/red/invisable blocked path doors. Your cursor was cheese and later on there was a horse and the cursor was a carrot. Each time you finished a level of mazes you added something to the throne room, like a lion on a throne, crown, books, gold piles, etc. I found it a year or so ago but I've forgotten.
I am looking for the same maze game! Someone please help us out! Thanks!

Trying to remember a game I used to play in the 90s on a PC. The game was about you finding items to get past different encounters to go on a journey or something like that. The game screens usually consisted of a picture with some text below that gave you some options of what to do. You had an inventory of all the items you found and you could use which ever you wanted to try and get past the encounter on the current screen. Most of the time failing to get past the encounter resulted in you dieing.

Specifics I remember about the game: I am pretty sure the start screen or the CD case it came in had a minotaur on it. Some of the first screens with pictures you see are one with an outside view of a castle and another is inside a shop. Two encounters I remember exactly are there was a tar pit or maybe quicksand you need to use some item to get past and on the other side was a mystical lamp I think. Also, you got to an island and there were some little creatures you had to trick to get past. I think there were 5 different ones and each one could either only touch, taste, smell, hear or see something. I'm pretty sure I got past the touch one by giving it a rabbits foot. I remember seeing picture of skeletons or the land of the undead or something. I'm not sure if you saw these whenever you died or if they were in some bonus pictures or something I saw them in, but I think that was the end goal to get there or something.

Hello, i am looking for a certain ps1 game for years now and i cant remember the name no matter how hard i try. It was a game with cars, you couldn't get out of the car(a la GTA), just driving to some checkpoint or certain finishing point. I remember(although i may be wrong with this one) sometimes someone was chasing you and you tried to outrun him( not always ,sometimes). If my memory serves me well, the objective was to make it to a certain point in the time given. It had traffic if i recall correct and shortcuts in some maps(i barely remember a city map with night and you could shortcut by driving through the subway). The only cars that i can remember from this game is the toyota corolla rally and i think i had unlocked an rc car at some later point into the game( not an rc game though , i remember it had normal cars, that one must have been an unock bonus or something). Based on all these things i tried to search it on the racing genre ps1 games but couldn't find anything about it. Maybe anyone of you knows which one i am talking about?
