Old Games you remember playing but can't remember the name of.

Not sure how active this thread is. But i am missing a game i played way back in the early 90s on PC.

You're like a small tank unit, its played from above in squares (you move 1 square per movement) if i don't remember wrong and you have to move around and solve puzzles and stuff to get further in the level / game. Its very simple but so addictive if anyone can remember id be so very happy to know.

Here come some more info that i came up with..

The tank is yellow and black, and you play on a gray background with objects on for example you need to stand on an object with the tank and something happens for instance an entrance opens up, then you get in to the next area and you need to do something else to get further.

So stupid i cant remember more of the game but then again its 10-15 years ago. i think you could make your own levels in the game too... hope that helps for someone to come up with a name.

Hey guys & gals,

First time poster here..
I'm looking for the name of a game I played when I was very young on the Atari ST around the late 80's.
My cousin made me a copy and never wrote the name on the floppy disc.

All I remember is that you were a guy who drove a car to different places. I think the car was red..
You were on some mission to get revenge or rescue someone from some bad guys.
You had two guns- one shot the bad guys up real bad- like a shotgun would. Nearly blowing them apart (was quite gorey)
and the other gun was like a net gun- didn't kill the bad guys but they were trapped wriggling about in the net after you shot them with it!

That's all I remember as the copy my cousin made me froze after the second level so never really got to play much of it.

Hi,i remember playing a game around ´00, where u were like a skeleton kid with water guns and u had to kill people walking on the street, inside a shooping ,etc. There were like shops where u could buy better guns and so on. The game was on PC. If someone remember anything more i would be grateful.

My amigo is attempting to recall the name of a game he used to play. His description is as such: "you are a kid in college and you find out you have this magic power in your arm its sort of like final fantasy but you only use your mystic arm to fight with and you get team mates and awesome powers also it's for the xbox 360" So yeah, help and shiz? Sounds a lot like Enchanted Arms, PS3 and Xbox 360 RPG.

UGHHH I have 4 games I dont remember its name.

1)I used to play a ps2 game when I was a kid.Its a fighting game and u use a girl and at somepoint you must run away
from a red truck and then you jump over a fence and then you fight baddies. You wear a white shirt and red boots.
and Its a BIT eagle view.

2)I played this arcade game but I dun remember its name. There 2 stick that you move verticaly and 1 stick is red
and other one is blue. Its a minigame fest and its a 2 player game.
You walk the player vertically and it moves foward automatically.

3)I thinks it an really old game where you play as a red guy and when you eat mushroom you get big and you kill enemies
by jumping on them. Oh you can enter pipes.

4)You play as a blue thing (Idk what it is) and you collect rings and if you get hit you lose ring and can colcet them back
but if enemy hit you while you have no ring you die.)

Im looking for a game i think on playstation. you can either be a female or male, i think the female used swords and the male used a staff. I remember one of the first bosses had something to do with destroying pillars or something with tentacles and you get a checkpoint code after killing him. also i remember giant blue monsters. it was also quite dark.

I have a game I have been trying to remember for ages. I can not remember it well and may be incorrect about what I know. In the beginning of the game I think you start out talking to some man on a mountain and then there is an earthquake that throws you off the mountain. Also there were tools you had to collect to get past obstacles (Trees-Axe etc.) and I think you could only have 1 at a time. Also there was a city or in a cave or something made out of [Diamond, Ice, or crystal] but I can not be sure. I think it was for Nintendo and it was an RPG. Sorry if what I say was not helpful.

Ok, this is a game i played when i was maybe 12.
Main character is a half-demon or half monster.
It was a turn-based RPG.
One of the things that really stood out was that you would swap perspectives between two different characters from two warring clans, or something like that.
One was a half-demon/monster and the other was just a human.
It was for the PS2.
I cant seem to remember anything else, other than spending most of my summer loving the shit out of the game.

No, although that was a wonderful game.
No these were humanoid-type creatures
From what i remember the game felt a good bit like FF tactics.
The combat at least.

Sounds like Arc The Lad: Twilight of the Spirits. You played as two brothers, each raised by a different culture. It had a turn based strategy kind of gameplay with the ability to raise your stats by upgrading your weapons and killing enemies.

Ok this is actually not really an old game, it was published in like 2007~2010, I can only remember a little about this game, it is an japanese RPG game, what I remember from that game is that you are a boy that would help fight someone.. For some kingdom, at the beginning your weapon is a wooden sword and you can up grade it as you go through the game. You can have more then one companion during the game when you are fighting other enemies, the boy was not your only option that u can use to fight, I remember that you can also choose someone else to fight, I also remember that there is one companion with the boy that he looks huge and he has a huge hammer type thing, also I remember one part of the story with this game is that the main character is in love with a girl ( I think it's the princess or something ) but later on the girl was killed by their enemies.
Sorry for the poor description.

Hi everyone,i can't remember the name of a pc game, the world was futuristic, there was only robot, we could change our gameplay by changing what robot we are.
The ones that i remember are:
-The policemen, they were little or giant
-The shadow thing who could steal the money
-The priest who could kill with some sort of beam
-The main who could run ultra-fast and looks more like a human than the other
-The girl who could slam the ground to stun everybody around
-There was one or two more that i can't remember.
If it helps there was plenty of different "car" (flying, more like spaceship) which we could destroy. To get a car we had to build it part by part, it was very nice, it had the life of the ship, weight, the weapon, the fuel.
We were kind of outlaw and the world was awesome graphics for it's time (i think it's aroud from 2005)
If someone could help me find it i'll be so happy!

Hello,
I'm looking for a old PS2 Action/Slasher, I can't remember the name at all but I know you had to collect through out the game demons that pieced together to a powerful demon (Which you had at the beginning of the game) and each piece you find can be used differently. You could throw out a targeting bolt to use on enemies for your demons and some of the enemies were semi-transparent which meant they could only be killed by the pieces. I think the release was 2002-5? I'm not sure.
I do remember some of your demons, one was a bomb you could kick at enemies and another was like these knight-ish kind of things that float. The Main character was a man who wielded a gun and a sword (I think I'm sure it's not Devil May Cry). If you can find it, I'd really thank you for it.

I have been searching for game I played as a kid and usually only have one or two scenes to work with.

I already found Blake Stone : Aliens of Gold.I only had the demo ,but great fun none the less.

However,there are two games I am dying to find.

First game was a 2D platformer. I remember a scandily clad woman running around Jurassic Park-like setting,killing dinosaurs with her SCEPTER ,from which she shoots fireballs. It is possible that there was no scepter and she shot fireballs through her arms.
I remember that the first boss was a huge dinosaur that you had to jump up and down a tree,while shooting him.

The second game almost feels like a dream to me.It was a first person shooter.
As you start the game,you are in a hallway with open ceiling (like a labyrinth) and you have to fight a creature that looked like a bull.
After defeating it,you moved forward to find a healing potion.I believe you had a scepter again.
The game had huge open spaces.On the second level,you could enter portals to move through the arenas.
I remember big skeletons shooting at me (enemies were not in hordes,rather they were scarce and spreaded out).

What was remarkable about the second game is that on the second level with the skeletons and portals,you always seemed to have a mist around you and couldn't see more than 5 feet ahead of you.

This is all I remember.It was all more than 8 years ago.You will fill a significant portion of my childhood blank spots,if you help me find these games.

What generation were these games? The ones I'm thinking of were old, old DOS games.
"Jill of the Jungle" and "The Catacomb Abyss".

So here's all I remember:
- You're on some tropical island or something
- You had huts and other stuff
- You could reproduce to make your tribe bigger in a hut
- Even though it sounds like it, it's NOT the Tribal Stage of Spore, I'm positive of that, but it's a lot like it.

This has been bothering me for years. I used to play this RTS game on the computer. It was probably around 2005. It was a fantasy themed game, there were two sides to pick from that I remember. You could build a wizard tower and get swarms of bats or dragons if you upgraded it. I also remember a goblin in one of the menus that you could gamble your coins with. There were also boats as units. Uhh I remember that the spacebar sped up the game if that helps at all.
