This is really really vague, but if anyone has the slightest idea what i'm talking about, I'd be very grateful.
I cannot remember the name of this game. It was for Windows 95 or 98. I think probably 98. It had this kind of sci-fi interface and a big screen with pre-rendered "wallpaper" environments that you could move objects onto with this round ball thing in the lower right of the screen. You could do all sorts of weird things with the objects and I remember there being very distinct and cool music. For some reason I also remember a dolphin.
I think you could add all sorts of these objects, like space ships and animals and stuff onto the scenery and you could add textures to them and kind of do like a "paint" type thing.
