Hi, I'm looking for a very old and rare game. It's a fighting game for the MSDOS. It has an anime intro, in which a female character assassins someone. I'm pretty sure the game is Chinese...

So I have two games from my childhood that are driving me crazy!!

1) It was a very old computer game, a 90's I believe. You were a little blue guy with only two little legs and a night cap on. It was a puzzle game where you had to collect keys to open locked doors and avoid enemies. The level was just a pre-loaded maze you had to get around. (A lot like a neopet game with the fairies.) I think the game started with a Z. He was always sleepy.
Couldn't remember it, asked my mother. It's Zeek the Geek.

Now for my conundrum... An old game, that I can remember so much about, but not the name. Perhaps someone can help me...
It was a point and click adventure game for PC, came on four CDs, and had a lot to with trains... You were some kind of scientist trying to solve a mystery and prevent the Earth from being hit by an asteroid, or something similar. I swear the name had something to do with motion, but it's simply eluding my memory. Someone, help me out!
Any news?

hey guys.. i saw this post by random and thought " why dont ask around ". Im searching since several years for a specific game , its an RTS (seems tobe very little known) and i just cant find it whatever i do... i remember playing it on my old windows 95 computer with 400 mhz together with thief 1 etc. . It was a bit smiliar to starcraft , but with 4 factions, some insect thingies, robotic ones and two others, sadly cant remember them... they were good in different things like trading, military etc. asmuch as i remember.... . There were different terrains, mars like, dark and such a blueish icky stuff in one level with vulcanos on two sides i think? ( might be wrong though). Asmuch as i remember there was the possibilitie to trade with other players too using a special unit (most likely some car-tank unit thingieand i think a trading post...). You could build a base and units and stuff ( who would have thought lol). The choosing screen for a race was split into 4 pieces with every race being on one side of the screen. I think there was somekind of prophet race aswell im not sure... If any1 can tellme what game this was that really would make my day... it aint dune 3 or stuff ive already checked all of them ( they arent actually smiliar, but the graphics should be around the same time... might be wrong, or smiliarish to starcraft).

I'm looking for a PC game I played in elementary school. About 7-10 years ago.

It was a 1P logic/puzzle game involving getting various colored bugs(beetles?) from one side of the screen to the matching colored tile on the other. It was a view from above, and it wasn't a maze; you had to plan everything out ahead before letting the bug(s) free to see if they made it to the other side... there was a grid of different tiles on the screen that turned the bug in different directions, buttons that had different effects/changed directions of other tiles, tiles that changed when you ran over them, etc, and timing was important too if I remember correctly (not sure). To complete a level you had to get all the bugs to the other side. (I can't seem to remember how you actually arranged/changed the playing field, if you had to move the arrows or the bugs or what. My guess is rotating the arrows.) Does this sound familiar to anyone?XD

Alrighty, here it goes. If anyone gets this game i'll be forever in your debt because I for the life of me cant remember this game, i have put it off for way too long and now curiosity has finally beaten me to it. *ahem* when i was really young i played this game at a friends house, and all i could remember are these little details, please bear with me, what i'm gonna mention are things that happened In the very beginning of the game: i played as a male, and everything looked perhaps maybe chibi-ish? anything along the lines of sprites, and I remember being in this huge field, where i could walk around, and there was only a windmill, it was currently daytime, i think maybe wherever i was, was an island in the sky, perhaps? i didnt understand what was happening but i think the sky grew dark and the guy piloted a black robot(or plane?) and i had to fight something.., no matter what i did, i died and it would just end there. i dont know if it was a demo, or if the disk was scratched, and i'll never forget though- that the disk was white but i cant remember the damn name >__<, and i know for a fact it was for ps1. i know, vague as hell, but If you know or have an idea, please tell me.

I'm currently searching for an old kinda anime-styled RPG game. The plot begins somewhere in desert, as the ship (like those, who are floating in the see normaly) crashed in desert. There were 2 characters at the beginning male and female. As the game progresses they meet a robo-like friend, who is immune to poison and chlorin (Those damn skulls or breathe with this chlorin). There were many locations, quest-based RPG with the sudden-fighting system (you walk somewhere and then suddenly - the fight begins). It was step-by-step fight system. Robot could fire his fist, while saying smth like "Ikimasio - HAYA!". Sadly, this is the only thing I remember about this game. =/ Plz, can smbd. tell me what is this game? I would appreciate that. =)

Breath of fire IV! : )

To all the "old timers" out there.... Being over 40 now, and thinking back.. I remember my Aunt and Uncle having an Apple II in about 1980-1985. How I loved it (as they did).. we played Wizardry, Wizardry 2 (Knight of Diamonds), Ultima, Ultima 2, etc.. but there was this one game I cannot remember the name of. I have tried searching and searching for any idea, but nothing. REALLY hoping someone will remember it. It began in wilderness, a randomly (each restart) generated island. You could visit villages, and have random encounters, fight and get everyone killed, etc. Hire men at arms and buy equipment, and haggle their pricing. Sometimes lol you would tick off the merchant and he would close shop. You would build up and eventually travel to the top left of the island, and buy a ship. Then set sail (and you could fall off the end of the world, game over)and end up in some type of caverns you had to get through before some type of "borers" got you. Eventually you end up on an island and assault the enemy with 3 random things to overcome to win. In it's day this likely was the most fun game that existed to me. Please help me remember the name if you can.

I asked this a long while ago and i think I should ask it again, maybe some new people can take a look at it.

There was one level that i remember. An old game, PS1-era (might not be the PS1, just in that era). The only level I remember had a giant octopus in the center, with your character flying around in a hot-air balloon. From the air balloon you would toss something (ice?) at the octopus, and eventually kill it.

Please help!

PLEASE HELP!
Okay, so I've been trying to remember the name to this game for almost 10 years now and it has been bugging the crap out of me and I won't give up until I find it. I don't remember much about this game, seeing as I was only about 5 or 6 when I last played it. I've gone through a list of every Sega Genesis game ever made (didn't seem very reliable...) and still couldn't find it! The main things that stick out in my mind about it though is that it's on the Sega Genesis, can have 2 players, and I think they're two frogs fighting guys in the sewer with pipes...? The character(s) you're playing as are pretty big on the screen.. I know it's not much to go off of and I'm sorry, but if someone could finally put this searching to an end, I would be most grateful.

You played as a purple balled named Ollie or something. It was like a point and click game. There was a part where you had to help a moose fix something, a horseshoe I suppose. In the map with the moose, there was a furnace. He was like a blacksmith I think. And there was a carnival map there too.

I'm 16 now. I played it when I was 5 or 6. I've been searching for 2 years..
i guess you are talking about oni http://www.gamespot.com/oni/
No it's a kids game. Not this. But thanks though :(

2) I remember vaguely about these details but it was a computer game in the early 2000's maybe, I think there were different versions of it as well. But this one was in the snow, you had a statue you had to fill with the little blue people you collected throughout the game. It was another puzzle game. One puzzle was getting all the lights to match on the rock. If it helps, the cover of the case was the little blue things skiing and snowboarding down a mountain with ski gear on.
Was it an Edutainment game by The Leaning Company?

thanks biomechanical923 and cloroxbb for the help, those are the games! I totally forgot I had a sega saturn.
I have two other games that I played when I was really little for the macintosh.
1. This computer game was an ocean game where you look at fish underwater in a submarine I think. You were also able to have an aquarium where you can decorate the tank with statues and decorations you won. The front of the game disc had this diver with a scuba mask and flippers but it didn't look human.
2. The second computer game was similar to a sticker book where you choose a scene and place characters on it. There was a beach and pirate scene where you can place Hook and Peter on it. It wasn't a disney game though. I think in this game you can also paint backgrounds and characters and make a scene also. There was a particular character that had elf ears, long brown hair, a hat, and a sort of magicians cloak.

Thanks again!
I would like to bump this question I am looking for this game. 1. This computer game was an ocean game where you look at fish underwater in a submarine I think. You were also able to have an aquarium where you can decorate the tank with statues and decorations you won. The front of the game disc had this diver with a scuba mask and flippers but it didn't look human. I cannot find it, I have checked mobygames, abandonware, wikipedia, etc. Some more information about my play of it was that it was also on windows, probably released between 1990 and 2002. The menu was a table with all your instruments within the submarine, you would play minigames or something to earn statues and decorations for your aquarium. Any games that pop up in your head when thinking of this would be helpful, even if you are not sure it is the game.
Hi, i am also looking for this game but to no avail. If im not wrong, was the submarine purple in colour?
Haha, still looking for this game. Tried searching on Google Image with keywords like Submarine, Ocean, Treasures to find the relevant pictures but no luck :/

When I was in elementary school, we got to play this one game on the computer. It was an old game with like 8 bit graphics and such.

You explored the carnival and solved math problems to help a baby elephant find its mother.

Yes, it was an edutainment title...but I kinda want to play it again.

I want to say the elephant was Pink, but I could be wrong there..

Good luck with finding games like this, your description reminds me of when I was in junior school in the UK and there was one computer per like 200 pupils, each class had the computer for like a week and you got to use it in pairs for like 30 minutes. Kids these days don't know how good they've got it...

Anyway, I digress. 'Games' like this were primarily on BBC micro computers and were common as pig sh*t.
