Hi everyone!
I'm on a quest to find this game i've been searching for, for such a long time.
I played it back in 2000-2002 sometime (but I think the game was produced before this) and it was on N64, you could choose one of three playable characters and you could play multiplayer up to 3 which me, my bro and nephew used to do.
Then you were supposed to defend yourself and kill like some sort of monsters.
Can't remember much more than that.
Thanks beforehand!
Wild guess but.. Jet Force Gemini? ( http://www.giantbomb.com/jet-force-gemini/3030-12696/images/ )

Hello guys, I'm hoping someone can help me here.
I've been looking for this game from my childhood for, like, years, but couldn't find anything.
I used to play it on a Windows 95/Windows 98 PC. The icon looked like some sort of black cinecamera on a bright light blue background - althought I'm pretty sure it was because the game was a demo. I'm pretty sure I got that from one of these CDs full of demos and freeware stuff - but I cannot find said disk anymore, my dad must have thrown it away.
So anyway, it was a first person point and click game. You could never see the person you were impersonating - only the surroundings, which were drawn, cartoon-y style. I am also pretty sure there were no dialogues/ voice acting. I can't even remember what the plot was..... TLTQ
That icon was very common back than, it was from a multimedia engine.

About the game, you could take a look in this [http://www.terrybutler.co.uk/misc/the-first-person-adventure-games-list/] list, the most First Person Point and Click adventures are in there.
Thanks for the answer. I checked every game in the list but to no avail :p
But searching some more I found a game that has graphics similar to the one I am trying to find, Covert Front. Just, the athmosphere was more grey-white and I don't think you even saw persons in the game I am looking for.
Still, if anyone knows a game with this kind of graphics, it might as well be it.
The only Point and click adventure games from that time I can remember without any persons in it are the Myst series (excluding Uru), 9 - The last resort, Shivers and The Labyrinth of Time. But those are not cartoonisch, or at least they not suppose to do.
Nah, it's not them for sure. It was definitely 2D and Covert Front-like.
I suppose then I might just be wrong about there not being any persons...? :/ Maybe they appeared later in the game or something of the sort.

This has been driving me crazy, so I appreciate your help!

Description:
It's a 2D game from an aerial perspective. You play as a dog who is presented with different scenarios in a square-ish arena. In each level I think basically all you do is move stone blocks - but they are limited to exactly what you need to win the level. Some to cross water, things like that. I think you need to obtain a key in the level to move on to the next. But in order to do so, you must first defeat spiders or something if I remember right. With the stones, you can trap them and squash them. The spiders follow edges, so you have to sort of trap them and kill them.

Game title:
I'm pretty sure it was the name of the dog... and I think it starts with an "F" and contains letters such as "R", "E" and "Z". I could be mistaken on some of those... but I'm pretty sure some are in the title.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?
Sounds a lot like Kickle Cubicle, but could easily be wrong.
Sorry, not the one! :) Anyone else?
It's not Goof Troop, is it?

Please help me remember the name of this game!

So this was an PC game from the early/mid 90's (It might have been on other stuff too, not sure). It was an isometric view/top down shooter with a scifi theme. You picked up weapons and power ups, and I think MAYBE some kinda mecha suits ( not quite sure on that one tho) and you blasted away humans and monsters, all the levels took place indoors as far as I can remember. The game had a single player campaign and local multiplayer, but no co-op I think.

Sounds familiar?

Please, give me some suggestions :)

Hey everyone, i need help finding this game that i really really loved as a kid, I'll explain it. I remember my brother and i used to play it, it's a computer game, it was a game where you chose the name, gender, hair color, and eye color of your character. After doing so, you chose either a dog or cat that had randomly generated fur color and names, there was a difficulty option that you could chose from four choices, i forgot what the choices were. But after creating your character and pet, you go up to this merchant shop and you can pick armor and weapons depending on your cash amount. After doing so, you had the option of going into this cave that would lead to a dungeon dimly lit with torches of varying colors, you would then walk around and try to find the end of the dungeon by descending throughout the levels using stairs, there was water that you could fish from and get food for you and your pet to eat for health. I remember there was all sorts of enemies, the only one i remember greatly was these gelatinous blobs that range in different colors and sizes depending on their strengths, also, when you fish, you could get different kinds of fish that would help you in varying ways like extra health, more money, or extra speed. But you could also sell the fish for money based on their kind. I really love this game but cant for the life of me remember what it was called!

It's probably one of the Fate or Torchlight games.

I doubt anyone will get his one because my memory of it is very spotty, but here goes... I think the game was for NES but I'm really not sure. It was a side scroller exploration type of game and you would play as a number of different characters(I think 4 or 5) and each character had different abilities. I think you had to go back to the game's starting point to change characters. I think that starting point was like a tree house or something. For some reason I think the word "quest" was in the title, but again, not sure. Anyone have any clue?

UPDATE...
I found it!

Hi...there's this EPIC old rpg game that starts with awakening in a jungle. and you end up exploring the area..one of your earlier puzzle is to figure out a way to cross between two mesas (mesa was a new word i picked from the game) and the solution was that you have to chop a tree on one mesa using an axe you got from your spaceship...and the tree would fall forming a bridge across to the other mesa.
Along the way you would stumble along some maya/inca/aztech/toltec world but with a futuristic wist where you encounter robo dino and such. you will also get a gold golem following you as a member. you get to also cross islands on a turtle's back. am cracking my head to find the name of the game but no luck yet. anyone?

Hello i need help to find this pc game.

I think this game was made in the late 90s or early 2000s. You controlled a tank that was basically a turret on a ball, and you'd go around destroying other tanks and collecting different colored cores. It was an early 3d game, horrible graphics but a fairly large environment.

Hey everyone!

I remember this game I played like in the 2000 or so, I thin it was published about the 90's, in this game you were a kid who jumped off of a bus that was about to explode and so, you started to play; in the game you had to kill some really weird monsters, I particularly remember one of the scenes in which the boy was trapped above a mud lake and he had to manage (by balancing) to cut the rope was tying him or else a worm-like monster emerged from the lake and ate him (nice detail: his leg was left hanging), another of the scenes I remember was him trying to cross a lake by jumping on rocks, but rocks were not rocks, they were other kind of monsters and if he died in this part (another nice detail) some of his clothes were left floating in the lake.

I played this game in my PC, I'm pretty sure it was emulated but I really don't remember what was its original console (sorry) the game was like a "continuous" story and graphics were 3D like. For closing the time-frame I remember I played this game in my PC along with some other games like Disney's Tarzan, Hercules and Tomb Raider. Another detail that I remember (but I'm not so sure of this one) is that the game start screen was dark and the letters of the game's title had a purple shadow.

Do you know the game and/or its title?

I'd really appreciate your help in this, not knowing the name of this game is making me nuts!!

Thank you very much!! :D

Hello everybody.
Suddenly, an old online games came through my mind which reminds me of my 1st online games in my childhood that I played 10 years back. I wanna to play it back, but I think for the name very long and still cant get it into my mind.

It is a 2D online games, which we are in dynasty time.
This games should be started at early of year 2000.
Its origin is chinese version, later on come out the english version which I started to played.

We started with a hero, which is like a infantry. Then, he can learn various skills such as fire magic arrow which can hit 3 enemies.
We also can tame and ride horses, "ba dou yao" a cute puffy pet which contain several elements such as Fire, water, earth.
We also can tame the dynasty hero such as "Zhang Fei", "Guan Yu", "Liu Bei" and other honor hero.
Also, we can fight along with our tame pet and together party with other players up to 5 people in party to go for lvling.

The way we encounter monster is we walk to the monster, it will automatically brings us to another screen of match which we started the fight with the monster.

Thank you very much for all your helps.

I am hoping someone will tell me the name of this game. It is a military style first person shooter game where you are part of a battalion and you have to take out the enemies. There are different job parts for the many personnel like a wrench for engineer, medics, etc. You have the ability to switch freely to any of the CPU people if they are close to you and play as them. If you die you switch to the closest person to you. You could also switch to tanks and fight in those. I remember a level where it is winter and possibly a level near a shipping dock. If you could help that would really help me please! THANKS!!!

Yes, I remember playing a ps1 game when I was just a lil wee bit of a munchkin. Obviously, I can not for the life of me remember what the game was called.

It was a 3rd person shooter/puzzle game like resident evil. You start off by waking from a long sleep (cryogenic sleep?)in some sort of science facility? You play a white guy, brown hair, middle aged etc. YOu stumble upon a tiny robot who then follows you. But the game always skipped so I never got very far.

Regardless, this is frustrating because I always wanted to purchase the game, but since the game was borrowed from an old friend whom Ive not seen in almost 15 years, its difficult to come up with results.

I hope, just hope o so hope so much somebody knows of this game. It was futuristic, obviously. But, that is all I have with my memory.

There are about 2 PC games I remember playing but don't know the name of.

I remember playing this game back in 2000 on my cousin's PC. It was on a Windows 98 computer. The game is first person driving themed. I think I remember having to chase down enemies, or race them. You could choose whatever racer you wanted to be. Afterwards there would usually be a cutscene. One of the cutscenes involved a busty woman getting shot in one of her breasts. I think I remember the woman having short hair, she wore sunglasses, and her hair was dark. The graphics of the game were sort of 3d looking, it looked something like a PS1 game would look, but not quite. It was a mixture of NES graphics and PS1 graphics, if that makes sense. I was 6 years old at the time so I am trying to remember as much as possible at this point. If this isn't enough information, I will try my hardest to think of more information regarding the game, I mean it's been 14 years since I've played it.

2nd game I remember playing is a game where you have some kind of weird dragons or worms that are flying, you're in an aircraft and you have to shoot them down piece by piece until they die, they look like little balls connected to each other, like a long rope flying around, but in the shape of balls. The game is also sort of 3D. First played it around 1999-2000. This game was on PC.

If anyone knows what these two games are, please let me know right away! Thank you.

Hello I am trying to remember the name of a PS1 game/ I played it as a demo on another disc and it consisted of several rooms with portals on the floor. The genre was somewhat medieval based and you could choose from a range of characters such as a wizard/ fighter. The only other thing i can remember was that when you finished all the levels in one area you unlocked staircases/pathways to go to new areas with other levels. any direction is appreciated

Thanks in advance!!!

Am I the only one that's noticed page 16 is completely full of brand new users with only one post in this thread?
I noticed that too it's very strange. I was kind of trying to be nice and assume they had googled for ''Old Games you remember playing but can't remember the name of.''

:/
I'm not a new member. But consider me new, since I tried Googling the name of an old game I can't remember and was redirected here.

Should I just include my description here? Yeah, I think I will:

Bunch of kids, I think they had some sort of treehouse HQ or something. Would go around town picking up clues and solving shit. I think it was crimes like theft or vandalism or similar. And that's ALL I'VE GOT. I played it on Windows 3.1. ... Yeah, I'm never finding this game again.
