Can anyone help me out here please, had a pc game about 2008 ish may be a couple years before or after and it was a car racing game with Renault Clio. And other branded cars you could drop oil slick, tacks and other things I'm sure the front cover had a yellow arrow and you drove through like Toronto race tracks and stuff, was brilliant

ok so im hoping to god someone actually remembers this game, the setting is in japan i think (not really sure) but your a high school(deliquent) an one day you plan to leave school to go to your town festival, some students try to prevent you from escaping but you escape anyway with a couple of your friends that you dragged with you who tried to convince you not to leave, you also have a pet dog(puppy). after a earthquake you rush back to school, an go into a door marked dont go inside an as you travel the path inside the tunnel you arrive to a door up the stairs an theres a guardian who protects it, you defeat the creature an venture inside an fight a boss, but before you fight the boss your left arm starts reacting an grants you immense power, turns out your left arm is from a creature(not sure if it was a demon or not). im hoping someone knows what im talking about, ive been looking for this game for 2 years now.please help if you know what im talking about thank you.

Sounds like "Downtown Run". It was out before 08' but it could be what you are looking for.

Alright, here's one... it was a game that came in one of those "100 in 1" CDs (could've been a demo), with Road Rash and a bunch of others. The object of the game was pretty much shooting different, like, "snowballs" or "paintballs" and match them onto a grid which had different geometrical shapes they could fit in. It had a character, (sort of like an alien?) with a third-person sort of view on the right side of the screen. The balls would then splash onto one of the pieces on the grid, which was basically a big slab of stone and it would make a very distinctive sound.

The game was colorful, but I remember the environment being gritty, sort of dirty, maybe like a jungle. It was a Windows 95-98 game, definitely pre-2000. You could also get a preview of the next snowball-like pieces on a big capsule thingy on the right side of the screen. Sorry for being so vague, I was a child and I don't remember much other than having lots of fun with it. The closest game I can compare it to is Bust-a-move, but for the life of me I can't even remember if this one is 2D or 3D.

Hi, I don't really know if it's been already asked or not but I guess like 90% of the people coming here and seeing 385 pages... I got lazy.
I used to play a game like 6years ago but I don't know at all if it was already old or not, here are the specs:
1: PC game that you had to install (Really light about 20-30Mo)
2: Isometric View (From above)
3: only 1map in the whole game.
4: You're some kind of war ship fighting an invasion of... I'd say aliens
5: You move with zqsd keys and aim + shoot with mouse.
6: Really basic graphics
7: The more you kill enemies the greater weapons you get ( first you have a gun then an automatic then shootgun then flamethrower then lazer...
8: I remember the floor of the map started green and it was getting all red with the blood of the enemies you were killing so in the end since there was only 1map it was like all bloody.
Been looking for this for long... Thanks in advance for the help ^^

Like the others, a search for an old game brought me to this lovely thread which is still going on years later. Yay. :)

Back when I was a wee child, I'd go over to my cousin's house on a very rare occasion and play this game. There was this blonde "superhero" guy as the main character. You walked through rooms of what I guess was a laboratory. One part of the lab had a little terrarium where you could change the conditions and see how they affected the frog/environment inside it. Other than that the only thing I remember that there was an incredibly long "mirror" puzzle, where you had to direct the beams of light with mirrors and light a bomb at the end of a cave or something. So it was basically a puzzle/educational game in its entirety. Also it was basically 2D and cartoonish. I was probably 5 or so when I played this, so that would put the game at around 97 or before. Thanks in advance!

I joined just to ask this-

Back in around 2000 i played a game that was fantasy-themed skirmish. The player could control about 6-10 units, and would click to pause and then give orders, a bit like Total War. I only played the demo, which involved moving 8 archer units (Elves?) around the bottom of a canyon and taking out enemies. Sadly that's all i can remember.

Hey everyone!

This game i remember playing on windows xp was between 2006-2010 i was a third person hack n slash game. And you play as a warrior with sword and there was potions in game and items page.I guess you start on a village where its burning and being attacked by vampires or monsters (cant remember which one) its graphics weren't too bad and after the village you go somewhere like a dungeon and you can change weapons.

The guy might be a vampire hunter or something. And when you finish a level you choose the next one from a map and i remember it was crashing while loading to boss and the boss sign was a big eye on the map.I guess there was a girl with us.

I've been looking for this game over a month. Please find this game thank you!!!
This might be a silly suggestion since lately it's sequels are pretty well known, but could it perhaps be the first Witcher? It played pretty differently before the Enchanted Edition was released, though it should never be played un-enchanted ;)

I joined just for this thread.

Old MS DOS game I believe.

You are a yellow man that drops red bombs, it is 2D overhead view. I think you have to fill up the map with these red bomb like things.

The only name that pops into my head is MR. Mime or something like that. A search for that only comes up with that bloody pokemon.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

here is what i can remember of this game you start of as a bandages man leaning on this angel fountain and is in a crazy asylum as you talk to people you realize they are all crazy as well. The place is falling apart if you go to the bottom this place you see someone hanging on the edge you talk to him no matter what he falls and dies. If you have done what you should you will go back to that same fountain and progressing to the next location which is a punkin farm town where everyone is happy. But also green you have to get a lot of stuff do a couple trades but once you get the gas and lighter and you can get pass the maze you which send you back if you mess up and the scare crow will do the same. you will be able to kill the leader and everyone in the town dies then you move on to the carnival then you are a little kid and you have to get on the ride by lowering the height limit by doing a lot of the carny games to progress further .

In the game you jump on creatures to survive and to control the creature.at the end of the game the spaceship crash lands on earth.

Hey! I am going crazy trying to remember this game I played 8-9 years ago.

It was an online PC P2P game. It was pretty brightly colored and cartoony. The game was to have your avatar, this little tank, battle other little tanks. You both start on either ends of a long field and you took turns shooting at each other. It was pretty comparable to angry birds, since you had to be good a figuring out angles, wind speeds, and launch force to hit your target. You could also hit the ground around your enemy and have them fall through the hole in the ground and lose.

After you win, you get coins or something to buy props or whatever for your cartoony tank-thing.

The game is 2 words. Thanks for your help!
This was probably some remake of an old game called Scorched Earth. However you'll need to look for the remake yourself. :)
It sounds exactly like Gunbound. Basically a cartooned-up Scorched Earth with pay-to-win features.
