Hi, from Czech Republic.
About 20 century I played a strategy game, but I can't remember the name. Can you help me, please?
One clue is, that you have to build by a dozer, but it isn't a Command and Conquer. There wasn't infantry.
You were fighting with many tanks, airplanes and maybe ships. There were defense towers too. I remember that I builded a large cannon on rails. By the dozer, you can build factories for tanks, towers, airports and so on.
Does anyone know what it might be?

Hi Guys,

I've got a game on my mind I just can't seem to figure out. I only remember a couple of details but I'll try to be as detailed with them as possible. So I feel like it was on the playstation 1, or at least around that time, and it was a 2.5d co-op shooter. By that I mean it was like top down or isometric view, but it wasn't flat like 2d, it was definitely more a 2.5 or 3d game, sci-fi-ish, in the vein of contra. I'm almost positive it was NOT any of the contra's though. I remember one distinct part of the game you were walking down a glass tunnel and there was a hole in it that led out to a jungle and water area. The graphics were a bit blocky too if I'm remember correctly. That's about all I have to go on from memory. If this sparks anyone else's memory and you can help me remember this game, I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks!!

Perhaps:

I took a look at this the other day and again with this youtube link (ty for providing it) but I'm not sure this was the one. I might need to play through it a bit and see I'm mistaken though. Definitely fits my explanation good enough, for some reason it just doesn't feel like it's the one. Dang memory. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Here?s two games I hope people can help me with.

One: First person view, point and click adventure game from the 90?s (PC of course) with FMV photorealistic graphics. Think of Gabriel Knight 2 not Myst.

All I remember about it is that you are at some kind of courtyard at the beginning with a big gate and a white horse. It might have being from Sierra but I?m not sure.

Two: Arcade game from probably the early 90?s looked closer to 16-bit than 8-bit.

What I remember is that the main character is either an alien or fights aliens, and either has an eyeball for a head or his special attack is a huge eyeball. He was also riding a hoverboard, either at some point at the start or at all times. The game might have been from Taito, but I?m not 100% certain.

Any help would be appreciated.
Re-posting my games in case anyone can help. I thought it was obvious when I wrote it, but game two was side scrolling.

I thought that game one would be easy, the white horse was quite striking.
One Could be:

Lost In Time

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a9MPDTx9Unw

I have my doubts cause you say that it was a "big gate" (near the horse, I suppose), and the horse is blocking a gate but it's not a big one in my opinion. Second, the horse appears a few late in the game not at the very beginning and the graphics are photorealistic but just in some, let us say chapters of the game, in the others is like Myst!... The game is published by Sierra. I have played many Sierra games and don't recall have seen another (FMV) game with a white horse in it...I think it wasn't Sierra. Anyway, hope that this is your game or at least discard it.
Thank you, that is the one!

I had already tracked down that game actually based on the beginning on the ship, and thought the horse was from another game. In my mind the picture was a lot more crisp almost like a fairy tale and the tractor was a carriage for some reason, though I didn?t mention it because I wasn?t sure if I was imagining it, good thing turns out. That?s what you get from trying to remember a game you spend 15 mins playing more than a decade ago.

A little research later tells me that the game was released in two parts on floppies and together on disc, the installation I played must have been the floppy one and that?s why I thought they were two different games, I think part 2 begins at the horse.

Oh well another game to add in my retro big box PC hitlist. Thank you again. I will repost game two later with a couple more details I remembered. I spend quite some time researching that one, if nobody here can help me I?m going to try going through Taito?s entire back catalogue at least so I can rule them out.

I've been trying to figure out a game for quite some time now. I can't really remember much from it but here's what I do remember

- you're a guy jumping from page to page (after each level is completed) in a comic book
- there's rats that bite you
- you're in a sewer in one level and on the pipes fighting other guys off (possibly ninjas?)
- there's one level where you have to move a barrel of dynamite onto a wooden grate in the floor and blow it up to drop down to the next page
- I think the guy had on white shirt, he had blonde hair and blue jeans, and possibly a headband

I'm not exactly sure if it was Nintendo or an arcade game.

I remember playing this game when I was younger. It was about about a boy who wakes up on a spaceship and you have to do stuff to get back home. I don't remember much, but I believe the boy is wearing green pajamas and there were places like a fast food restaurant, a stage etc. I believe you had to find things aswell.

Hi guys!
I just want to say I'm so glad this thread exists, if anyone could help me out I would be so grateful.
When I was younger I remember playing a game on PC, it was a point and click adventure. You walked sideways through different areas, I remember there being a desert you got lost in with creepy zombie looking guys that would sometimes walk towards you. I also remember a section where you would walk into a building and there would be treasure with a scorpion there waiting to attack you.
There were lots of different puzzles, it was mid to late 90's when I played it and the intro clip was a cartoon with a young girl looking in a lake and a portal opens and she falls in.
It was sort of creepy and really surreal. Please help!

I used to play 2 different games that I wish I remembered what they were called.
The first was a health game where you had to eat right and exercise and at one point you swim the Nile and you get to see what affect cigarettes and alcohol have on the body and there was a cave with a big evil floating head that laughed at you and gave you needles with drugs in them or something.
The second game was a war game like Command and Conquer but you built a base and it had scud missiles and spy planes and one mission you had to protect your supply shipments to build a runway for your planes. I really wish I knew what it was called.

Mech game in Sega Genesis. It was a overhead type game. Not MUSHA. You could go walk around in that game (in most levels)

Hi everyone! If you could help me out I would be grateful. So there is a game I have been looking for a while now.
From what I remember:
- the characters have round heads
- there were two explorers (a tall and young guy, and a old short guy with glasses) who crashed their plane and they end up on stranded on the island in the cinematic cutscene at the start of the game
- you are looking for a missing person
- you attack creatures on the island with a plastic hammer
- it was 2.5D and it was an island exploration/ adventure game
-it was on the ps1 and I played it in the early 2000s
- it was single player and you explore the island while the other explorer follows you
That's it, I really wish that I could recall the name of this game.
Thx for helping me :)

I need help with a pc game that i played around 2003-4 but the game might be a little older and it could have been made for consoles too.
It was a FPS an you had a jetpack but you were flying quite slowly. Maybe it only allowed you to rise up and then you would soar around.
You started in a village without this jet pack I believe. I think one had various futuristic weapons as far as I remember but you went through middle age villages as well.
I may be making this up but I think one of the weapons had a trumpet opening and was able to shoot multiple enemies simultaneously.
One level took place in a town in a mountain area. Later there was a level in an area where one was surrounded by a big wall and there were tall towers where one had to shoot monsters/enemies.
Quite a weird game :) but it made an impression on me.

Any ideas?
No one knows this game?

Hi, I'm looking for a particular game, and I would be really thankful if one of you can help me find it. Here are some details I remember about it:

It's a wizard game where you start in a wizard academy, where you learn various types of magic (there are a lot of magic types - i think about 10)

While the game progresses and you learn more powerful magic, your limbs and body parts change according to your new magic (for example, your hand changes into a fin when you learn a water type magic)

It's a very gritty game with a lot of blood and gore. The main villain is a man which was turned into an evil baby as punishment for a certain crime.

It's an open world RPG, i think it was isometric though im not sure. the earliest i can remember playing it was 2007, but i reckon it's much older.

I'd be very thankful if someone can identify it

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone knew the name of this PS2 or PS1 horror, fantasy game that has this chick with glowing white eyes surrounded by green mist on the cover. All I remember about the game is that you fight off skeletons and stuff with mystical powers and you go through portals to get to different locations. You can also choose to play as a female.
