it is a puzzle game , the objective of each puzzle is so a monster will walk to a point
we could arrange with limited item like barricade, cannon, lamp, etc to make the monster go that way .

i think the graphics are not so bad..
my vision of this game is a little blurry..but i loved this game please if someone has an idea !

cant remember the name of an old game i used to play probably about almost 10 years ago. it was a fighting /boxing game for pc where you and all the enemies were made from blocks and you fought in a big room, as youd kill the enemies theyd fall to pieces and all the blocks would stack up in the room and you could climb on them. i think one of the people used to pick up and throw you

Hello, I think I played this game about a year ago, and it's possible I found it on tumblr or another blog site. The game might also have been made for a Ludum Dare, but I'm not sure. The game is 8-bit, and a platformer, where you play as a cat. You also can move boxes around. That's as much as I can remember, and it's killing me that I can't remember the name. If anyone by chance knows what it is, can you help?

I am looking for a game I played for a while back in 2001 (it could be older), it started (?) somewhere underground, maybe sewers, you were probably just some nobody with an amnesia and you were supposed to find a way out that place and I never really progressed further into the game, so I don't know what happened later. It had 3D graphics and from a first person view, but I don't remeber having some weapon, at least not starting with one. Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for the name of a old PC (DOS) Game. Probably somewhere beetween 1988-1995. I can't remember much of the game. I remember that you where playing a man (2D) and it was probably a Jump and Run or a Arcade game. In the beginning of the game you could walk the screen to different houses or levels, you could access most of them. In one of the levels there was a lantern or something like that to the left of the entrance on a platform (you had to jump in order to get there), which you probably had to collect. Also I can remember the game having very simple graphics, that was mostly very colourfull contours of the objects on a black background.

I know this isn't much, but maybe this rings a bell somewhere.
Thank you for your help.

Edit: I'm not looking for Commander Keen :)

I found the game: It was "adventures of captain comic".
Thanks for your help :)

I have this one game I used to play as a kid that i could never find,

It's kinda liek a strategy, top view, you are in control of your castle, but you can relaly only do a few thing: set your golds production rate, the more gold = less unit being produced per second, the less = more. Your troop keep being produced from your castle, and you can also right click on produced unit and choose them to be stacking up so they will get together and become stronger unit. One of the really memorable thing about this game is really awesome music, and each stage change different graphic, for example, stage 1 is fantasy, your units are soldier, but stage 2 is burgers, like each unit can be small fries, big fries, stage 3 (or 4) is like cyborg, robotic, futuristic. It for PC.

Thank!

There was this one game that I used to play in arcades that featured cheesy greenscreen terrorists that you would have to shoot.

I'm sure that there are many that start that way, but The Elder Scrolls: Arena began in a sewer-like dungeon (water pathways in the middle of the floor).

Hi, I hope someone knows about this one: It's an (indie I believe) game, 2D puzzle. As the player you control 2 creatures (they are 2 spirits that look like a slim version of Stitch-from the disney cartoon-if I recall correctly, one dark and one light like yin & yang) which move at the same time. The game has levels and in order to progress you must defeat the previous one: you do so by killing creatures like demons, each one has an orb level power and to beat it you must first collect the orbs at the level and then reach the demon(s) with your spirts (kill/collect by stepping on the same tile-space, your only controls are directional). There is also a story involved and you unlock 4 (I think?) chapters as you clear the levels, also you get stars 1-3 according to how many moves you did to beat the level.
I am also pretty sure there is a sequel (or set in the same world game) in which a world is attacked by demons and you control a girl-witch. You cursor is your control to play (if I recall correctly) and each level has small-bigger-huge orbs in it, some give you power and some require you to gather power in that level to beat them or they kill you. By closing in an orb you can drain it's power (or it will drain you if you are weaker). The backgrounds are usually black or deep red with sketched demons at the places where the red (evil) orbs are (yours and the good energy ones are either golden or white). That one was more story driven which was also depicted by pictures and dialogue (as did the 1st one).
If anyone knows either of these let me know, I highly appreciate it :p

Since you aren't sure about the platform, I'm going to guess that it might've been Chulip (PS2). Extremely quirky Japanese game where your objective was to, um, kiss various characters.

Hi guys, this has been on my mind forever cause I can't remember what game it is. But basically it is a roleplay game. And for the game there was a girl and you just go around town. There you can make dresses, create potions (?), make bread (?) or something like that. It's a very girly game and then you can also walk into the forest to get coins/gold or something. It's a 2D game which I played on my PC about 10 years ago, I think. If anyone knows it, please let me know. I really appreciate :D

This is killing me!... I don't know if any one else would remember playing this...
Basically the little people you had to save would only walk back and forth on your screen, as time passed the room they were in started to fill up with water. These little people could not swim, and as the room slowly filled with water you had tetris like pieces falling from above them and you could put a staircase together for them to escape drowning thorugh a door that was tipically above them? I think the tittle screen had a pyramid? I am not entirely sure but I loved the game and now cannot remember the name ? it was for PC I think
I believe this was called lemmings. It may have been a later version of the one I used to play but this should get you started. And yes it was an awesome game.

Very similar game! I remember playing this one too and yes it was awesome!... the one I'm looking for game was very similar to lemmings, but it had a bit better graphics and instead of digging you would built up ladders to the exit. I feel like the tittle screen had an island and the little man that you helped escape on it.... they were really bubbly drawn little men with tetris like pieces falling from above them that you could build ladders with to help them escape through a door normally at the top of your screen
