Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a game in the early 2000s. I played it at my friends house and ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. It's very similar to Age of Empires III (ya know with the aztecs and stuff) but it isn't old civilizations...its more futuristic. The resources aren't trees and stone..they're something else..I want to say something green and purple. You can create an army of war machines that can fly (among other units). Other than those differences its the same as AoE..it was on a CD. you started off with like a few of the starter dudes.

When I try searching for a game similar to AoE I get all modern games and can't find any of the older ones.

Thanks!!
It's a little bit older (1997), but it could be Total Annihilation. Resources are Metal and Energy.

I don't think it was that..a bit too old, very similar though. I just skimmed through those videos and that games looks pretty awesome.

Hey i just registered only to this thread

I've been searching a ps2 game i played in my childhood, around 2005 think, i've been searching for it in the last 3 month
The game mechanic is based of banjo kazooie style.
You start as one character ( a skinny humanoid rabbit i think ) and he has a hammer as a main weapon
The first section is in a wild western themed world and you will rescue a girl (humanoid rabbit too?) from a train chase stage
The second section is in a halloween/horror themed world and you have to rescue another friend from ms frankenstein, this specific friend swims on his back
The third part is where you met a talking fish that will teach you how to dive

I know this sound ridiculous but i really remember playing this game, just don't know anywhere else to ask

Hey all

I'm looking for a game I used to play several years ago. It was on online game, which I think was on Miniclip.com, but I can't find it there anymore.

The game was 2D and there were many different layouts of 'mountain' areas.

In the game, you had to power up a Spaceship by connecting it to 3 "pillars". To do so, you could place nodes, starting from your base. These were all connected and were siphoning energy, which then travelled to your spaceship. You could then further build out nodes, amplifiers, etc. But you also had to build shooters in order to drive back a BLUE wave (quite litteraly) of monsters, which would destroy your nodes if they came close to them. There were short range, long range and drone-type shooters if I remember correctly. After connecting to the 3 points, your spaceship would power up and fly off. This would then complete the level.

The game was very simplistic in its looks, and was daily updated with a new map for several years! The main colours of the game were grey for the mountains, green for areas your nodes were in control of and blue for the monsters. In the background, there was a certain monotone sound.

That's the "Creeper World" series. Really good and highly addictive.

Hello

Im trying to remember the name of a pc game (im pretty sure it was a MS DOS game) i used to play on my daewoo when i was 3 or 4 yo (2002-2003) but im sure the game is older, also i liked to play that ski MS DOS game in which you were eaten by a yeti...

OK now, in this game which i can't remember it's name, the character you controlled was a little red guy wearing a light blue night cap and if you left him standing on it's place doing nothing, he would just sit down and fall asleep until you wanted to move him again.
The game's objective or goal was to mainly get a key and open a door to another level.
The game's perspective is 2D, and you had to move through a maze and move big yellow balls (hahaha) in order to get to where the key was hidden and then make your way through the maze and open the door once you got the key.

I really wanna play it again :( Help me.

Sorry about my english, i haven't practiced it in a while.

If you're referring to the old Windows game "SkiFree" (1991), rejoice.
Its programmer has released a 32-bit version which should run on any modern machine. :-D

So, there's this game I played when I was young, would be amazing if anyone knows/remembers its name;
I remember the character escapes from a restaurent/cafe or whatever building it is (From gangs or something?), then jumps into his motorcycle and starts running away and you take control of it. Then a bunch of other motorcycles start hunting you, you shoot them with different weapons you get on your way. There was also helicopters which come from time to time to beat you. As I recall too, you could make stunts and stuff like using a jetpack that makes you fly for few seconds to gain a little advantage over bikes chasing you (A jetpack applied to the bike) to get more score, speaking about score, I forgot to mention that the game had no levels, it was a fun game where you had to survive the longest possible and make the best score possible and it was a 2d game I played on "Computer" (Yeah cause PC= Portable Computer :c ) with a "Nice" old rock song that fits with the action. Anyways, thanks for everyone who responds in advance, have a great time.

I can't for the life of me remember the name of this PC game (naturally), but it was a top-down shooter (NOT isometric) a little like Raptor: Call of the Shadows, only you could rotate in any direction and go anywhere on a map and I recall the graphics being a bit better.

You got upgrades by finding military medals within buildings you blew up. Upgrades would go towards Chaingun, Shells, Power Shells, and I think Mega Missiles (I think you could upgrade your armor too). You had the option of driving a tank or helicopter (there may have been a third option). Upgrades carried over to each successive level. I feel like most of took place in a desert setting, but I also don't think I ever got past the first few levels so that may not be completely accurate.

A distinguishing feature that I distinctly recall is how the game would announce what weapon you switched to. So if you activated Shells or Mega Missiles you'd hear a voice say "Shells" or "Mega Missiles", etc.

I pretty sure I played it sometime in the early 90s. Did a hell of a lot of google searching and even checked every single action game on Abandonia, but no dice. Any help would be great. THANKS!

Hey! So, there's an old PC game that my sister and I started to remember, but we cannot remember the title and we really want to try and find it. We used to really love the game.

Okay, I'm going off of very vague memory here, so please bear with me. I'm, like, 80% sure the main character's name was Maya. It is a 2D fantasy game. I believe it was a platform game.

It stated with a baby (Maya) being born in what I think was a church. Things turn dark and I believe the mother states 'Where is your father, Maya?'. Fast toward, you're a young girl (woman? Idk how old she was) goes into the same place with I think someone attacking her now elder mother. She kills the guy, and I think the mother was unhappy. I can't remember why. The girl goes on this adventure and there's either robots or people with armor and a wizard i believe and a unicorn

Its most standout features were some birds whose heads were skulls, mushrooms you had to jump on to go higher that sometimes had teeth, and hearts that were a ***** to get to

If anyone could help me at all, I'd really appreciate it

I'm trying to find a game that was on an old shareware disc back in the 90's. I believe it was an adventure game, though I can't remember if it was 1st or 3rd person. I have very vague memories of it, and I feel like a red balloon and a syringe were part of it. The one specific memory I have is that at least one scene was a lot of crucifixes, and the scene was purple.
The game seemed surreal or nightmarish, so I've checked out Deja Vu as well as Dare2Dream. I know that Deja Vu is not the game, and I don't think Dare2Dream is it because the art doesn't seem familiar.
I have looked through what feels like hundreds of titles trying to find it, so if anyone can decipher these vague memories, I would really appreciate it.

The game i am searching is a ps1 game. i remember playing it between 2000-2005.
It is a racing game that looks a bit like wipeout but the world was more realistic, if i remember correctly the race track was made out of water or ice.
The vehicles looked futuristic as well. they had no wheels.
After every few racing levels there was a combat level where you could freely go around and had to destroy all other vehicles to win the round.
This could be a number of futuristic racing games. The most Wipeout-y non-wheeled vehicle racing game is Killer LoopHowever, it doesn't have any water/ice racetracks. There was a terrible, obscure early PlayStation game called Cosmic Race [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0FEvTiwBheA] that had water (well, "landscape")-based tracks, but no way was it a better-looking game than Wipeout. Other futuristic racing sims (where the vehicles have no wheels) could be Hi-Octane [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xOEozcuLm-U], MaxRacer [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nNi5q3rhqec] or Dodgem Arena [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4tfrbwolsWk].

OK so I've been searching for days and days about this old 90's PC game I used to play. I don't rememeber much of it but it's like a factory or a shop with machine for little monster or chickens not sure lol so people would come knocking on the door, sometimes it's a giant and sometimes it's something else and they'd be like "I would like red hair and orange shoes" something to that effect, anyway, they would ask for a a specific little monster/chicken and you would have to dress them up and make them. in the factory you had lots of options like hats with polka dots or stipes, shoes, I think there was scarves too.

I know my description is bad but that's all I can remmember to be honest.

So there's this ps1 game I remmember playing, it's racing game on foot, you used to choose characters to play as, I remmember you would start at a starting line (one of the places was on sand I think) and you have to wait till the gun fires and then rappedly tap X to run to the finish line and pick up a flag and if you ran before the gun shot it was like a foul.

This has been bothering me for a while lol.
