Have been trying to find a Old pc game, around 2000 era.
-Kind of like mystery horror game.
-You where alone in a town.
-There is a patrol station. (The only things i remember)
-Some big magical stone thingy.
-I don't think is a big budget game.
-You need to collect item to solve puzzle to finish the game. (I never finish it)
I really hope I can remember this game, so i can finish and see what it's about.

Thanks!!!

Hi hello howdy first post here.

This has been driving me crazy. A couple times a year I remember this game but I can't remember the title.

-was on pc, I remember my friend burning a copy and giving it to me
-early 2000s
-possibly from a cereal box? Never confirmed myself but that's what the friend who gave it to me said
-took place in a castle
-top down view
-4 characters
-multiplayer? I think I remember a friend and I controlling 2 characters with opposite ends of the keyboard
-had a narrator that would make fun of you when you died

Any help would be appreciated haha.

I had a Tiny computer with windows 98. Basically in the game I remember the character that you controlled to run around the map, which was 3D, had a kind of cone head shape (narrow end being his neck and larger part being the top of his head). The head could have been purple i can't quite remember. anyway, i remember you could run around the map and their was a big dinosaur (Apatosaurus) who would bite you if you got to close. the map had rocks in and grass, thats all i really remember. I am going off my memory from when i was about 4 years old, maybe younger (I am now 20). If someone can figure this out they are a genius. not a lot of info to go on :D
Conehead, purple, 3D... have a look at "Tonic Trouble" (1999).

Hi all, help me please.
I can't remember a game i played ten or more yers ago on PC.
It was either RTS (most likely) or RPG. View from the top.
All I remember is search in a forest for some strange blue spheres.
When you activate those sphere you hear a starnge echoed sound.
In that mission you are playing for one character (no team) on a horse.

Also there could be ships in other missions... don't remember.

Good day everyone, I have been searching for years for a specific game for the PC I enjoyed, I do believe it had came in a CD that contained many different games to enjoy but alas I cannot remember for the life of me that game or the CD it belonged to. It was like a bundle of basic games, nothing fancy or epic, just classic late 90s early 2000's games of different varieties/genres but 'this' one im looking for is the one i want to play really badly xD

It acted like a horror game, zombies and monsters, 'YOU' were an odd looking character with no special traits, I can vaguely think 'HE' was wearing blue trousers, green top and typical brown shoes and possibly a red cap. (ill provide a terribly drawn idea of the character xD sorry if you cant make it out)

Your weapon of choice was a RED HAMMER and during your travels in this HAUNTED HOUSE you would come across powerups that would allow you to throw 3 or even 4 hammers at one time, even finding powerups that lets the hammers bounce against the walls for multiple hits.

It was I believe a 2D overhead with a kind of 3Dish element with the main character and the monsters (Maybe Isometric although I still dont understand that that means in a video game)

The controls were obviously a keyboard, it was definiately an old PC game as I remember having the big bulky PC monitor and maybe even Windows 98, I dont think I had windows XP at that point of having this game but I am also unsure if I did.

Sorry if this information isnt really helpful, but if someone can remember this kind of game, youll have my eternal thanks.

1: it's a kind of odd game, using Gamecube mechanics. You get to draw your own creature, whatever you want, however big or small you want with whatever design. Based on what you drew, how big, how tough, all that.. determines how that monster fares in different tournaments like smaller are better for marathon running, bigger are good for fighting challenges.. and when you complete some of those tourneys, you get new skins or eyes or voices too more personalize your pet. Think the name was something island..? Could be mistaken.
Amazing Island?

Hello all. Just found this forum today, yay, so glad that it still exists... ^^ probably will be using a lot in the future. UNfortunately, I probably won't post a lot of answers- I might know some, but.. more than likely not. That said, I will need a lot more than I give, that's for sure. RIGHT so let's get down to business...

I have two games I'm still desperately trying to find, one I know is Gamecube, the other.. I think PS1 but unsure.

2: a weird take on the knights of old. You play a green dragon that wants to become a knight. What do I remember about it.. You have this clicker pen, you rescue a mermaid at one point, you make a mask of some fat knight's face to infiltrate a castle, you have to catch a kiss in a glass jar, there's an area with catapults that actually use real cats- CATapult- umm... at one point your'e inside another dragon's stomach? IDK if that helps.

Preferred method of contact is at my Facebook or Gmail, kytlovann@gmail.com, but as long as I get notifications that someone replied I should be able to check that. Just saying I know I won't be checking this site regularly, so if there's any way for me to know when to check so I don't miss anything.. that's even more epic. Thanks guys ^^
Pretty sure your second game is Blazing Dragons [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lYPBQBJxuT0]... no idea on the first, though.
Anotheer great help :p wish I could give a "thank" or like some kind of "gratitude" thing for you guys, but.. I guess a written comment works too ^_^ Thank you a thousand times over XD how did you guys even find this out though? Seriously??

It's a PC game I used to play somewhere between 2008 and 2010 I THINK (really not sure from which year the game is)
and the only thing I can remember is that you are an boy from an indian tribe in a big forest and that there are wolves u can attack with one of those mini-catapults (stone shooter?)

Sorry I don't remember anything else...I didn't play it very long...If someone knows or finds this game, I'll be forever in your debt!! :)
Thanks in advance. (If someone ever reads this)

I'm looking for a PC game that I used to play back when I was a kid, and it's description might be kinda odd lol. So the game, which was made around 2005 or later I guess, it's a 3D side-scroller, the main character is a robot that has a firefly in a jar as a head. The enemies of the game are green aliens. The game takes place in a lot of different environments from snowy places to Mars-like lands. The logo of the game is the robot's silhoutte over orange background, same stuff you usually see in alien movies etc. I have been looking for this game for a long time now and I'll be very thankful if someone can identify the game =D thank you in advance.

Hi there! Made an account so I could ask this, this thread is such a great idea! :)
So it's been bugging me lately that I can't remember the name of this game! It's a game we played on the PC when I was young - think back when Dynomite and other desktop games like that were popular! My most clear memory of it was that it was all 2D and it featured a yellow ball/circle, and I think at least the first few levels were set up like you were leaving a house or something? I can't remember for sure, though I do believe there might have been some kind of loose plot about the ball's family or something similar. At one point there were red and green bricks, and in later levels I think there were ones with skulls or some other death symbol on them. And it was all on a background that had a tiny bit of green at the bottom for grass and the rest of it was sky blue for... the sky. So it was from the perspective of a side scroller as far as the background went. I think there might have been themed levels as well? I can't remember how one passed the levels, though I do believe you had to change the ball's color to green or red, and there was possibly something about removing bricks.
This is all so incredibly vague, so I know it's a long shot, but I'd be so grateful if anybody can point me in the right direction! It was a sort of puzzle game, if that helps at all. I think there might have been a brickbreaker element to it, but I could be mixing it up with any of a number of games my mom had on our family PC :p My most clear memory of it is definitely the yellow ball and that the actual elements of each level were either red, green, or yellow, so it was really simple in design. Maybe black for the death bricks?
Thank you so much!
TLDR: yellow ball, 2D, PC, early 2000s, very simple graphics, red, green, possibly yellow(?) bricks, death bricks, puzzle

(Repost) I wanted to bring this one up again, since there has been no comments in a few weeks.
Tags: Dragon, Castle, Vertical

I remember only so little, but that is because I was like 5 y.o when I played it, so here goes my best try, PLEASE please help me find it...:
- You play as a dragon kind of if I recall correctly.
- You jump up a castle, kind of like mario, where you avoid obstacles and dropping onto spikes and such.
- The game was probably released for Win 95-98 or 2000 (ME) so around that time.
- I believe you had a life system, it is sort of an action-adventure-ish, but more mario-alike since it has multiple levels.
- I believe it also had a score system/point system cause I can remember that particular screen (game over probably)
- if you lost, you had to retry, there was no save system.

More detailed info (chance this might not be correct)
- I believe it could only scroll up, so you could only go up. if you fell down you lost a life
- probably not a long game name, probably not have dragon in the name.
- If there were enemies, you probably shot fire to kill them, I don't believe it is stomping on their heads.
- the screen was built up out of tiles, about 20-30 on a "square" screen (16:9) probably.
- I don't know if it had bosses...
- it was quite addicting
- I believe this was the music it had (partially) also I didn't have any luck finding this music online

Hello,

This is a game that has been plaguing my mind for a year. It is a PC game that came out somewhere between 1998 and 2005. It is a 2d puzzle platformer where your character is a wizard in a blue robe with white stars. You navigate the platforms with ladders and ice blocks that you cast with a spell. You collect keys for doors to reach a doorway (or maybe a princess waving a cloth?). The first level is a village with houses you can enter and clouds you can walk on, but other levels include dungeons with skeletal structures. I remember playing it around 2008 on xp after struggling to find it then, so it might be a windows 95 or 98 game. You also pushed crates around onto enemies, squishing them to puddles of blood. The keys and lever were coloured coded and you had full view of the game map instead of it being centered on the character. I also think the game may have been multiplayer, using the same keyboard, with the other player as a red wizard.

I remember playing it even before then between 1998 and 2005 on a demo CD that came from a magazine. That demo CD also had Emergency; Fighters for Life, which probably doesn't help aside from me trying to find that same CD. I have no idea which developer made it, but considering I can't find it on google it is either a large developer or a failed game.

I have searched google for hours with terms like; "wizard puzzle platformer ice block 1998" but I can't find even one image or reference. The art style was maybe 32-bit and fairly detailed, not 8-bit or 16-bit, and was more complex then a general arcade game.

I have browsed this: http://www.oldgamesfinder.com/?q=wizard&m=-1 and could not find it there.

Hello i remembered an old game my father was playing, i'm sure it was on Ps2.
In the introduction you saw a village that got destroyed and a tower that fell onto a girl.
You were the boy and you were searching for the girl.
The next scene i remebered is where my father fought skeleteons in kinda dungeon and it was a 3D Fight, like in Kingdom hearts.
Any ideas?

Okay... so this might be WAY too vague but I would love any help at all.
I played it as a kid/preteen in the early 2000's but I have no idea when it came out It was a CD game and I think it maybe came with more than one disk? I'm not sure... I also think the name was one word but don't let that be a major factor because it's been years.

I do think there was more than one disk though because I remember at one point starting off in a grim creepy woods or river or something on this wooden old bridge. It almost resembled more of a dock than a bridge. It was a puzzle game mostly and pretty decent graphics from what I remember. It was grim and creepy enough to scare my pansy childhood self. Anyways. In this setting you would click in the direction you wanted to go or forwards and some turns led you to broken parts of the bridge and others were like puzzles to solve. They were too difficult for me as a kid so I ran around the bridge.

The other setting I remember (maybe disc one or maybe a whole other game that strongly resembled it) was you started on the dock of an island. It was again pretty grim and creepy. You never see your own character but you go up the dock to this metal door and it's almost like a lab or chamber of some sort. There's either a video or hologram of some science dude and you're trying to solve all these crazy puzzles because something bad happened to him I think?

The island one is a little more distinct to me. I remember there being another metalish building (most of the buildings are one room slightly futuristic pods) and I think maybe it was a planetarium or something to do with the sun? I'm honestly not sure. Does this remind anyone of a game?

I seriously signed up only to hopefully get some help on this game that I can't for the life of me remember what it was called. Played it in the early 90s. Was a PC game. You were like an old man or wizard? and you'd go from floor to floor and room to room. You had to collect potions (that would be sitting out on the floor) and avoid 'monsters' who would walk around on the floor. Each monster had different things they did. I remember this one that would make like a 'waka waka waka' noise and would shoot like little balls out of their horn. Different potions would heal you from the different monsters and you could also find health. You could also find keys and such to open boxes. Help? Anyone? This has been driving me crazy!

This is an excellent idea for a thread !!! And has been going for years. I am looking for the name of a game which I used to play in arcades back in the early 90's, but I have never finished it and now there is no way unless I can find it somewhere.

But first thing is: What I am looking for?

Well this game was a fighting game, but you used weapons. At first you only have a sword, but later you can buy potions, an axe, a mace and a halberd if I remember correctly.

At first you were given a choice of three opponents one was a blue naga/medusa with a sabre which turned to stone when defeated, the other was a gargoyle which can fly, and the last one was a lizardman with a shield.

After defeating these three fighters you had the choice of another three, one was a dragon, really slow, the other was a scorpion man with a trident and the last one was a mage.

Finally you didn't have a choice but fight a team of twins with face masks. ANd that was all. I could never get past them, I suspect there was a final boss or something because there was an empty space. the game can be played versus other players.

I would really appreciate to finally have the title of the game. Thanks
