Anyone still playing anything old on PS3?

My 360 died and, well, if you never played it, it is new to you. After just 2 sit downs, I'm about 1/3 through the single player of MW2 on the PS3. Only cost me $9 at gamestop. I'm advised that the single player is not in the same league as its multiplayer.

Wondering how many other older PS3 games are out there that people still doing a lot of multiplayer upon.

Only now just getting into the multiplayer myself. I'd hate to have to sell MW2 after about 3 more sit downs of single player.

personally i enjoyed the single player in MW2, even beat it on veteran. if you're looking for a decent MP only game, you should try warhawk. it's been around for a long time and can be had pretty cheap.

you might want to try killzone 2 MP as well, i tried it and found it pretty enjoyable.

I think there's some people still playing Bioshock 2, Uncharted 2 and Red Dead Redemption MP, RDR is fun if you can get a couple of friends and make a posse.

I still regularly play most of the fighting games released on PS3 (KOFXIII,SSFIVAE,BBCSEX,SCV,UMVC3 etc) if that counts as old but I dont think many are over a year old so I guess they are still fairly recent. Most old games I play on the PS3 are single player actually most games I play are single player. The trouble is with older games the people who still play them tend to be pretty damn good and so I lose a lot whereas when they first came out I had a pretty good win rate on most of them.

Red Dead Redemption is on my must list. Thanks for the reminder!

I did not even think of that. Scary. Good warning, thanks!
