Waiting for it to come to PSN so I can get it myself or perhaps with a Game of the Year edition here soon. I do plan on getting it for someone so they can tell me how it is :p

personnaly i'm getting a mothership zeta feeling from this....hope it's better then zeta
Having not played Mothership Zeta, I can't say for sure. But I remember a common complaint against that DLC was it's design (full of corridors). There's lots of open space here, and some cool places to explore.

As far as the tone of it goes, I don't know how similar it is to Zeta. The humor is really good. The trailer made it seem too forced and awkward.

Ah, but is the loot better than in Vault 34?

[sub]Don't judge me. I haven't completed New Vegas yet... Those carbines were very welcome though.[/sub]
It is way better than Vault 34. First of all, Old World Blues is meant for a mid-to-late game character (I think it warns you that you should be at least level 17). That means the weapons are of a higher quality (as is expected of DLC loot anyway). Vault 34 provided you mostly with weapons that your character will find in the Wasteland anyway, just not all in one place. The All-American is good, but I ended up selling it because I have better long range options (Gobi Campaign Scout Rifle) and better normal rifles (This Machine, The Survivalist's Rifle, Trail Carbine. The have smaller clip sizes, but much greater stopping power).

Here's a list of items added by Old World Blues [http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Old_World_Blues#Weapons]

I love the excuse for bottle caps still being able to be traded there.

Also, what happens to you is absolutely horrifying. I don't know if I was supposed to laugh or cringe.

The third bit of DLC out already? I haven't even gotten around to starting Dead Money yet. Guess I'll get cracking on that finally and see about downloading this new DLC.

Still not decided on whether or not Honest Hearts is worth getting though.

Glados ISN'T a pervy sex maniac?

Old World Blues sounded like it was going to be the most interesting, but what happened to the one that had the previous courier in it (I forget his name)? Or does he make an appearance in this one?

Very good so far. Dialogue is hilariously dark and entertaining, the new environment is interesting and, for some strange reason, I'm finding myself using weapons I normally dont use (maybe because of all the robots?). Overall, without a doubt better than Dead Money, and so far even more enjoyable than Honest Hearts (which I thought was very very good).

PERSON READING THIS, Y U NO PLAYING OLD WORLD BLUES?!

I'm going to guess it's out on consoles only so far, I don't think I saw it on steam. However so far the one DLC I have has been very entertaining.

Yeah, I got it today.

Haven't gotten around to playing it, seeing as I started a new character at the beginning of July, but it looks really good.
EDIT:

Actually, it is out on PC, 360 and PS3.

It was delayed for the PS3 by a couple of hours. Don't know why though.

Nope, he makes an appearance in the next one, Lonesome Road. Though there is multiple references to him here and other charcters, but I won't spoil it.

He's heavily teased. But he's going to be the focal point of the final DLC, Lonesome Road.

DOCTOOOOOOR VENTURE! Or someone who at least sounds like him. Haven't really started the main quest just looking for Ulessyse's.

Doctor Borous is now the most evil NPC in the history of games.

He is responsible for Cazadors. THAT BASTARD.

It's great, but the thing that gets me is the lack of stimpacks that you can buy at the table. I'm running low on stims I've got 19 left. The K9000 is great. Best DLC for NV. I haven't even finished a quest yet on this dlc. Upgraded the sonic emitter and it's awesome.

I also got a venture bros vibe from it.

I'll probably have to get to it tomorrow. Turns out when I beat Dead Money/Honest Hearts, I forgot to make a manual save, and instead relied on quick-auto saves. After those I created a new character. So I get to have the fun of going through those DLC's AGAIN. At least now I remembered to manual save.

And yeah, I could just do Old World Blues, but that's just not how I work. And besides, at least this time I know what to do. Which is really great for Dead Money. And I get to see some different endings.

But anyway, the DLC sounds awesome. This is what I love about New Vegas's DLC's, it expands upon and/or explains many things you see/hear about in the Mojave. A learning experience, if you will. And the loot is great. I love my Automatic Rifle, so much.

All I know is that if there's a gun that seems genuinely happy when used and disappointed when I switch to something else, I must have it.

Yeah and he tortures animals practically for fun, even did in his old dog.

Penis feet. Haha.

I've loved all of the scenery even though I'm just leaving the sink tank in my own little direction, but the first thing I realized was that the lobotomites are hard to kill. Like REALLY hard to kill.

I just got

I know, is that Doc Hammer? It sounds like him, but could easily not be.
