I replayed the original KotOR in the holidays, and it was still enjoyable. That is an example of a good game.

Jet Set Willy is an awesome time killer during slow ICT lessons. I'll be lucky if I make it through the church without dying though.

Metal Gear Solid 4, of which I'm very fond.

As you can tell, I've stuck pretty hard to the current generation since the beginning of this year.

I tried running Sim City 4 (2003) that I picked up in the Steam christmas sales but it ran so poorly on Windows 7 that I gave up on it rather fast.

The last truly old game that I attempted was oddly enough 'The Flintstones: The Rescue of Dino & Hoppy' (1991) on a NES emulator. I loved this game when I was kid and to my surprise I still enjoyed playing it. I'm still yet to complete it though, never got past the final boss :(

Shining force for the megadrive - 1992. Awesome game. Is the oldest so far this year but wont be the oldest this year by any stretch. I'm a big fan of old games :)

Most games I play on my consoles are newer releases, and since HD remakes didn't count I guess all games I've played there are from 2009/2010.
Does WoW count? :$
