So, this is a thing apparently:

http://gematsu.com/2015/08/omega-labyrinth-first-details-screenshots

By defeating monsters in the dungeon, you'll accumulate "Omega Power"?the embodiment of womanly strength, stored in your chest - in addition to experience points. By accumulating Omega Power, your chest size will steadily increase.

Suddenly, things like the new DoA seem tame by comparison. Also I wonder if they'll even release it to the west.

Remember, kids: "Beauty is in the heart, which is in the chest."

*Shrug* Japan gonna Japan.

And yet this is still incredibly tame in comparison to many of the games coming out of Japan. Just take a journey through the VNDB (Visual Novel Database) and feast your eyes upon the 100 varieties of weird you can find. Just, uhhh, make sure nobody is looking over your shoulder.

Well...I'm just gonna say "BWHAHAHAHAHA?" because I just don't know what the hell to say about this.

At least it makes more sense than the clothing damage games where you get to see sexy for doing badly.

Well that's pretty fuckin' stupid, but hey, whatever floats ya boat.
I'm not into titty games myself, so I'll pass.

Big titties are probably good at that.

OT: OP, where do you actually find this stuff and does it happen often?

Well seeings how the last Japanese game I reported on was a game about a female detective who had to masturbate next to dead bodies to speak to their ghosts or something like that, I can only shrug.

Oh Japan

I peruse import websites since there's a lot of games which don't get brought over to the US with dual audio so I end up importing them and lately I just pre-emptively import stuff that doesn't seem likely to have dual audio or even come out at all (Tokyo Xanadu being the latest one, falcom is terrible about allowing their JP voices to be used out of japan) so as I do this I run into all manner of interesting tidbits.

It doesn't happen this often, nothing as hilarious as Omega Labyrinth anyhow.

Not sure of any issues here; pretty sure I'd come back to the world of the living just to see that. Or a man eating his own head.

Oh Jesus, I can barely control myself as it is. Right, that's it, I have to leave now. This was a great thread, thanks for the experience.

It seems that you can find microphones in the dungeon which change the bgm into one of the characters (the one you're using it on) singing karaoke.

There's an original song for each character. Their voice actors have roles in Idol-related games and media so it actually fits.

It's Japan. It's pointless to be outraged even if you're the most adamant feminist. It's a cultural thing and it's not going to change just because some western feminists might be outraged. So before someone gets outraged, how about we all come together to try to learn a thing or two about Japan and why it's so fucked up.

I can't see how anyone could even be outraged at something as hilarious as this concept. (but I'm sure people will find a way) :p

Y'know, ridiculous premise aside. One thing popped into my mind when I browsed the site linked in the OP:
"I'm actually loving the designs for the characters. Pretty colours." >_>

Looks silly, the kind of silly that makes me sip my tea in approval.

Yeah I actually like the art style. Especially the girl with the dark long hair and the Katana.
