Good ones mostly mentioned already

I liked Shadows of the Empire back in the day, but I imagine it's horribly dated now.

Also, Episode 1 Racer.

Also, Lego Racers. Utterly shameless ripoff of Mariocart, but you can build your own carts! Out of Lego!

I liked Quest 64. I've replayed it recently and see some of the problems people had with it, but I do still think that it is an experience unlike any other game I've played.

-WWF No Mercy

-Jet Force Gemini

-Star Wars: Shadows of The Empire(have fun putting in the most overly complicated, yet entertaining cheat code in history)

-Star Wars: Rogue Squadron

-Tetrisphere(I want more of these games dammit!)

-Super Smash Bros.

-F-Zero X

-Ogre Battle 64(I'm surprised nobody has mentioned it yet)

That's all I can think of right now. I'll update my post later if any more come to mind.

One that's yet to be mentioned is Blast Corps. To sum it up, the game is about clearing a path for a truck with two defective nuclear missiles, and you have to use various vehicles to demolish anything that would get in the path of that truck.

Mischief Makers
Blast Corps
Space Station Silicon Valley
are the games that might fly under your radar but are definitely worth a closer look.

For me its really simple

Golden Eye
Legend Of Zelda Majora's Mask (ocarina of time is good but i think Majora's Mask was sooo much better)
Lylat Wars (Star Fox)
StarWars Rogue Squadron
Pokemon Stadium

thats all there is for me

Doom 64 (My personal favorite Doom game. Ever.)
Look up Brutal Doom. It is AWESOME. Also, Black metal difficulty makes Nightmare look like a cakewalk. Specially if you have it so enemies can cross ledges.
Black Metal difficulty? lol
I may have to check that out sometime.

Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire is a really interesting game you should check out. Also, Mischief Makers is a lost gem that should of had sequels. And I also had a lot of fun with the South Park FPS but I can't remember that much except all the wacky weapons.

Rocket: Robot on Wheels. It plays a bit like Super Mario 64 or Banjo-Kazooie, although the controls and camera are a bit dodgy.

If you like Deep RPG/RTS ganes, Id suggest Ogrebattle 64. Its a long game, and quite a time sink, buts its Fantastic.

Jetforce Gemini is also good.
Perfect Dark as well. (Better than Goldeneye Id say)
Most other have already been mentioned.

Star Wars: Rogue Squadrons a fun ride, but Episode 1 Racer is where it's at. (I'm not kidding, this game is fucking fantastic.)
agreed, just played it a few days ago as a friend, love it.

going 1000 mph from boosting and not being able to see where your fucking going because of the bad graphics :D
