To ease the confusion the GotY edition comes with Knights of the Nine and Shivering Isles. The Game of the Year Ultimate Collection has all the DLC for the game.

Kinda off topic, but one of the things I liked quite a lot about Shivering Isles is that it aesthetically mirrored some of the more exotic and alien flora abundant in Morrowind. Not piece of piece and ultimately, I think Morrowind had more diversity, lacking but for the fidelity to showcase it at the time of its release, but I was pleased to see it all the same.
I think it would be been a cool shout out if one of the shivering isles monsters was some captured Stilt Strider, warped by Sheogorath's madness.
