On what level do you dream?

Pretty deep things. My dreams act on my deep subconscious: ideas that I have but can't describe or visualize, feelings, decisions I need to make, etc. The only reason I haven't tried to go more lucid with my dreaming is that I like to be able to use my dreams to help me think.

I used to dream of that kind of random stuff, but not anymore. Now, it's the future of the Earth, society, my life, my friends, etc.
I'm happy with it...

I can't really tell, I usually have very poor vision in my dreams. Maybe I should dream up some glasses more often.

I don't know. I thought I wasn't much of a dreamer, until last night, when I was dreaming that I was running to a train station(The city that I live makes usage of train tracks)when I see the girl I like and she utterly rejects me. However, I keep running, not emotionally affected at all, until I faint from heat stroke. I wake up at the stoplight near the station, but suddenly everything is in a steam-punk setting. I walk on an edge of the road, and I notice (not in my dream), that the train station had been replaced by the ocean. I get to a bridge which was blocked off, and the only way to cross it was to jump off the edge, dodge the rocks and swim across. Well, I can't swim and naturally, I start to drown but I'm rescued by this really tan guy wearing nothing but white pants that never get wet. He decides to train me as a bird-themed superhero with a rapier, something that reminded me vaguely as Zorro.

I wish I was making this up. I really do.

I dont remember my dreams at all but according to my fiancee I look and sound like I am trying to eat in my sleep.

Now my fiancee on the other hand has some messed up dreams. I wont go into specifics but the last one involved wizards on griffons wielding shotguns.

The weird thing about me is that I never ever remember my dreams, in fact sometimes I'm not even sure if I dream at all. There's just one dream I've had recently that I do vaguely rmember the gist of, and that's all. It's basically me at work being called to the general office (I work in a supermarket) along with three girls, who I apparently (in the dream) am flirting with. Two I know, they're my real-life co-workers (one's around my age, the other is slightly younger, only 17 - I'm 20, for the record). The third isn't named, and I don't even know a third girl around my age in my department (though there are other girls, they work different shifts to me).

The most confusing part is that first of all, I don't have any feelings whatsoever for either of these girls, and as far as I'm aware they don't have any feelings for me either. The other confusing part is that there's no way I'd ever be flirting with a girl, because I'm nowhere near confident enough to actually do so. So this dream has got me all shook up (hey, can somebody tell me what it means?).

(Oh, and a cookie for anyone who understands the pop culture reference from that last sentence. And another cookie to anyone who actually can give clever, reasonable [i.e. not silly or jokey] advice on my dream...)

My dreams are typically about me trying not to die or about me getting cockblocked by random shit. So... yeah. Important stuff

Just about simple stuff. Missing my ex, wanting to see my friends, etc...you know. Normal stuff. I've only ever dreamed on a "large" scale once (atleast that I remember) and it wasn't even that huge, just involved me saving my hometown, or some crap like that. I don't remember exactly what occurred.

Mine are really really really surreal, yet very very very symbolic.

I do remember my dreams, but only a little. The little that I remember is used as a jumping off point for inspiration. My best ideas have come from dreams. Some great books have come from my head.

I once had a dream, that I was riding a speeding Rome Apple, through a city with cobblestone streets and rusty tin siding walls.

I had another where I was in a large sky gondola made entirely of glass (ceiling, floor, walls), that was moving over the ocean, to the other side. Time stopped (people stopped moving and everything got really quiet), but outside, flaming meteors were crashing into the water and everything started rumbling.

Yeah,...my dreams get pretty freakin' weird and/or ominous, sometimes.

Sometimes extremely fantastic, sometimes ridiculously mundane. Ridiculously mundane. I once had a dream where I logged into the Escapist and I had been put on probation. That's what my subconscious thinks about? What a retard.

When you dream, how expansive is your dream? is it simple or would the things you dream about, if real, would be a life changing or a world changing event.

I tend to dream about small almost meaningless and minuet things, like last night I dreamt Panty and Stocking was on iTunes. Another night I dreamt I owned world of warcraft *which is weird because I have no desire to own that game*.
everything i dream about...(day dream...im able to zone out at work and still work perfectly fine) has something to do with like...world changing events...too many video games if you ask me

My dreams tend to be small in scale, and revolve around things that are happening in my life. I've never had a really epic dream...

this may be normal to some people, but not to me, Ive been having a dream every single night, last night, it was about heaven, i thought it was fantastic, and it looked incredibly realistic, but it forgot some things (wings, "streets of gold"{[small]at least i think that's what it said it looked like, i don't remember[/small]}etc.) oh well, i don't expect my dreams to be logical.

but if i had to say what 'level' it is, i'd give it either a 3 or 4 out of 5

My dreams tend to revolve around the "What if?". If I choose a certain path while awake, my dream will show the same scenario, but the results of me choosing the other option. It's rather interesting, but sometimes it disheartens me.

When I do dream,it is usually pretty mind taking.Sleep for hours having to be kicked in the gut to wake up.Then I have a headache, forget them and continue to daydream forgetting about everything I am doing or continuing it in my own twisted day throughout the day, until people kick me out of that a couple times.

I dream about world shattering phenomena, like cities sinking. My problem? I only really have dreams once or twice every couple years.
