Mine was in Metroid Prime 2 Echoes, i shot one of the locks in the room, left, came back and shot the rest, had to restart the game, and i was at probably 8/10 of the way in, I was so pissed

I was playing Halo 3 campaign on The Ark where you attack the citadel and get escorted by the flood.
Both me and the AI Arbiter made it safely across the citadel, but as soon as we came to the very last bridge leading to the Prophet, I looked at the bridge, turned to the Arbiter in front of me and decided to get more grenades from behind me.
I turned around and the Arbiter was there. ???, the hell??
I moved back and there were two Arbiters side by side ready for the attack.
I posed myself for a few cool screenshots and started the cutscene.
Unfortunately the second Arbiter despawned.

We increased the gravity gun's max capacity to INFINITY!
Then we tried to pick up the jeep and all hell broke loose.
Everything started clipping through the beta build. Then carbines died from the giant crane falling on them.
And another time, not during a game but more awesome, was when we were listening to scatman john, and we got the bluescreen
I was p;aying super mario sunshine, and a shine sprite was in the middl of the air. I grabbed it, and mario dropped to the ground to do the little animation of collecting it. Problem is, when he got to the ground, he just kept falling. He fel for another 2 minutes, and then it counted it as a death, and I didn't get the sprite. Mind you, it took me about 2 hours to get this one.
I was playing Battlefield Bad Company on Xbox Live and i was sniping. im sittin there and i c a dude but it was too late (wasnt payin attention) but i shot anyway and all the sudden the game says i got 3 headshots all on diff ppl at once. i late found out none of the three i "killed" were the original person i saw and the game gave me the points for every headshot lol.
Also i was playing Saints Row one time and i died, on purpose lol i jumped off a building =). when i spawned at the hospital i fell through the ground but stopped so i could c the entire map like i was wearin xray glasses and i was in the sewer. i ended up havin to restart my 360 cuz when i thried to move noting happened, i also couldnt commit suicide cuz none of the buttons did nething, i mean i could run in place but that was literally it.

I wanted to deal with a challenge, so I started playing FF7 for the PC. The PC version is so full of glitches that it's renown impossible to beat the damned game (due to a major glitch when fighting Sephiroth at the end).
While playing, I decided that I wanted to go through the Aerith death scene repeatedly to see how each of the characters reacted. Out of nowhere Vincent hit a huge glitch and got stuck in a number of very strange positions throughout the scene. The funniest glitch pose was him in impossible vertical splits with his arms held wide out and his cloak stuck out behind him horizontally. He stuck in that pose towards the end of the scene and it was hilarious watching him float around looking like that.

on gears of war one time me and my best freind were playing campaign. cole runs up and gets chainsawed by a locust. i turn to my friend and start talking about next time beforethe screen goes red. but the screen never goes red. cole GETS back up and starts runing like one of those atomic monkeys. he rushes to the nearest locust and chainsaws him then simply walks away. strangest moment ever.
Fallout 3 is the best for this. I was wandering through the wasteland the other day with Jericho and Charon right behind me and we ran into a party of raiders, we took out most of them very quickly, but after I came out of VATS, I heard one raider still shouting obscenities at me. I looked around and then saw a corpse rising into the air very slowly...ass first. I sat there for like, two minutes watching the corpse float lazily towards the sky, shouting about how he was gonna "tear me apart".
I was playing CoD 4 with some friends (husband and wife actually), and we were in a free for all mode before we went into HTD, I killed them both with some C4, and it blew them into a really funny position. He was blown backwards in a sitting position, when her character was blown face down into his players lap. I said, "perhaps a little foreshadowing?" They laughed, we all laughed, and wished that we could have gotten a screenshot.

Been there too, sort of. Was trying to ramp the SUV off of a ramp truck near a supply depot in the mountains of the Los Muertos region. First time I tried, the SUV clipped half way into the ramp truck, stayed for a few seconds, then suddenly went flying straight up at about 200 hundred miles per hour. Not sure just how high I went, but the city started to get pretty small. After I eventually fell back down, I went back up and tried again (was playing Keys to the City). This time, however, the SUV didn't get stuck inside of the ramp truck, it clipped underneath it and proceeded to clip right through the ground and fell down to the ocean beneath. Essentially, I was under the entire map. Weird part was there were areas where I could walk around in midair. I'm assuming there were just physics models that were placed there for whatever reason and never removed. It was...different.jebussaves88 said:

In rock Band we finished a song and the game just kept us on the screen right after the song with our people standing there with the crowd cheering with no box that tells us how we did and so we sat there for an hour and finaly disided to restart.
Playing L4D and I got jumped on by a hunter....but it wasn't a hunter it was a Boomer but it was still doing the hunter animations. Then an AI shot it off and it exploded and left a huge cloud of smoke like a smoker. Strange crap.
One time when I was playing Versus on the Death Toll Finale, and all of my team were waiting for the boat at the pier to take us to safety. In the distance we saw three Hunters sprinting towards us, so one of my teammates threw a gas tank at them and shot it. Somehow, the trio of Hunters were caught in the inferno yet they continue onwards while on fire. It was a damned scary sight, but they quickly died from the flames... yet they kept moving. They were still sprinting at us, so we opened fire. Our bullets went through them. Just when we thought we were about to get pounced, the three Hunters kept running into the distance while levitating four feet above the ocean. Then they disappeared. It was quite strange.
In fallout 3, I cheated (just asking for a glitch) to raise my lockpick skill when I was a baby (1) and escaped the room when Dad left. Then I lockpicked another door and it was all blue outside it, so I walked through it and fell for a few seconds and appeared in the escape level. No NCP's, but I managed to escape and go to megaton at an agonizingly slow pace. Once there all the NPC's acted exactly the same as they would on any other game. But I was still crawling around with no Pip boy or anything.
Can't really call that one a true glitch cuz I was cheating, but it was weird nonetheless.
